My highly anxious kitty who hates anything out of order goes monthly for shots and they handle him so well he doesn't even know he's gotten them. They did a great job of taking care of the female cat during and after her spay.

They take wonderful care of my animals, just a little expensive. After my second visit, my young cat had a miscarriage and as a scared cat mom I took her straight back to her vet. The bill again was very expensive however, they were able to help my anxiety by taking care of my baby. She is now recovering and I'm very grateful to Animal Wellness Center for helping my family.

They were amazing!!! My baby max was very sick (overnight) his vet was not in so I chose to call the animal wellness center and they got him right in…. They were all wonderful and very thoughtful. My baby did not make it and was one of the hardest things I have ever had to go through but, everyone of these amazing people helped me through this and treated me great! They even gave me a mold of my Max’s paw prints and a sweet card and I had never been here before! I would recommend anyone bring your animals to these amazing people!

They will take the time to listen to any concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment options available, ensuring I felt confident in the decisions made for my pet's well-being.The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with the latest technology, providing top-notch medical care. We've been coming here since 2019, we have multiple cats, 2 of which have long-term health problems but no matter who we bring in they remember all of their names and their individual quirks. Their staff is some of the friendliest I've interacted with anywhere. I can't say enough about Drs Anderson and VanHoose. We recently received some potentially devastating news for one of our fur babies after some extra testing at UTenn Vet hospital for a mystery illness, Dr VanHoose took the time on a day she was off to call me and talk though all the questions I had about even when I asked how we can give him the best chance to make it through chemo and I can't thank her enough for that. It's gonna be a long road and even though we won't be able to do treatments here, I feel fully supported for whatever may pop up in between and know they truly care about all of them.

They hired a female vet. Very disrespectful young lady. My fur babies are family. The staff basically kid napped my dog. Double charged me for medication. Well they actually triple charge everyone.

They made time for me and my cat when no other vet would. It was time to say goodbye to him as he was very sick and unfortunately my regular vet is on vacation. All the other area vets were too busy for us in this crucial time. The staff was very sweet and the doctor was wonderful and compassionate. The facility was very clean and quiet. Thank you again for making time for me and my sweet old man!

I absolutely adore this veterinary clinic and cannot rate them highly enough. I've taken a variety of pets to them over the years and their service, knowledge, and compassion are fantastic.
