“I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could!!! I have finally found an honest mechanic. I dealt with the owner, David, but got to meet the other guys as well. It took 4 hours (it was a big job!) to fix my car, but they kept me comfortable and informed along the way. And with the big window, I could see them working. The time actually flew by. Also, when I called, they got me right in, even though they were extremely busy the entire time. I have never seen such a hardworking group of guys. I got tired just watching them. Also, a footnote...the day I went in was the prior owner's last day because he was retiring. He had sold it but stayed on as an employee for a while. Congratulations, Kenny!!! I could tell it was a great place that takes care of their customers because of the HUGE number of people that came in to tell Kenny they would miss him and thanks, but also talking to David, who was just as friendly and helpful with them as he was to me. I absolutely LOVE this place!!!!”

Great customer service was able to get her immediately in to fix driver side mirror, which was a safety issue and repaired that while she waited. “The staff there have always been courteous, have listened to my instructions & questions without responding in a condensing manner. The tires are a good value & good quality. The services have always been completed promptly & in a timely manner. Due to now living in a rural location I have gotten the road side hazzard protection which is only an additional $10 per tire. For me this has been a great service as I have needed repairs now multiple times. Which they have done a great job on. There is a small waiting area with a couple of benches or you can go shopping while you wait. Small purchases can be rung up there in the service area or you can ring up large amounts up front & then exit the building thru the service area so you are closer to your vehicle. They will text you to let you know when your vehicle is ready. Location is on the backside of building on west side closest to Fredericka behind the garden center. The door is on the south side of the service bays closest to the main building.”

“I wrecked my motorcycle in Owensboro. I did not know any of the body shops there. By luck, Cambrons was the tow truck. They did not leave my bike outside in the wreck yard. They put inside so not to get rained on and possibly messed up more. They were very polite and professional. Jamie was awesome. She worked with me and helped me understand some of the insurance process. I hope I never have to have them again, but if you do have to have something repaired, they are the ones to do it in Owensboro.”

“My husband and son talked me into getting a Bronco because they love theirs so much….So my husband looked around the internet and found one at this dealership that we both liked. We drove an hour and a half to lay eyes on it and I really liked it on first sight. Kalee Saltsman was our sales person. She spoke with my husband days before we went and she was knowledgeable and very courteous. Before we arrived at the dealership that morning, Kalee called to be sure we were still making the long trip to see the Bronco. When we arrived, she greeted us warmly and pointed out the Bronco. She allowed us the freedom to check it out without hovering over us which was such a relief. The finance team is on their game! We were pleasantly surprised that the paperwork went quickly; other dealerships seem to take hours. Our experience with this dealership was a good one; others need to check in with these folks to see how things should be done…these folks really are Champions ?”
