Bajon Hall is the manager. He's incompetent. They are short staffed. They don't get orders right. They are incapable of customer service, they are always late. Pizza is stale. When I said I'd report. They said they don't care. Lol. Pass this on. Put these guys out of business.

This location has continued to disappoint us with the quality of their pizza. Tonight the crust was very thin and crispy when I ordered the original crust. The app was not working when I tried to leave a tip for the driver. I called to report the two issues and not even sure the man I spoke to cared. Good bye Papa John's, we hoped you'd get it together. There are too many other pizza establishments around town...Jett's or Bearnos moving forward.

Pizza was ok but toppings stopped 2" short to the edge of the crust. Service was fine. Not a fan of the website. I wanted to omit olives and change the crust to thin on the works pizza but wasn't able to do it with out baking it a custom pizza. Ambiance Carry out order but inside looked fine.

My pizza taste fine but it was made weirdly. While waiting to go in I had a phone call so I sat in my car. Some girls walked in and began talking with some of the workers. I assume they must work there as well. The manager walks out and doesn't say anything but before you know it the girls are hovering over the cooking area in the back and starts standing on the stools pretending she's shooting something or someone. When I walked in it seems clean but also noticed one of the cooks was sweaty which to me is gross. I won't be going here anymore just being honest

Last time I ordered from this place they didn't even deliver the pizzas. I had to pick them up after an hour because they had no one to deliver. The have also sent me an empty box. Avoid at all costs.

Pizza was very late. Which is not a problem. I don't mind if the pizza is good. Poor quality. Toppings and sauce barely covered the pizza. This has happened multiple times. Will not order from this location again. Quality control is non existent.

Ordered with an estimated time of 48 minutes. No problem with waiting but after it left the store it took was over 30 minutes. I live within a mile of the store. Watched on the tracker as the driver drove past to Eastwood, then delivered two cold pizza's. Total time 1 hour 30 minutes. Called was offered a 25% discount (refund). We asked for the delivery fee and tip and have been promised the credit. Waiting to see but not happy!! Unbelievable charging a delivery fee and delivering cold pizza. Unacceptable

Ordered the NY style pizza. It's really just a regular hand tossed pizza and has no NY style likenes. The delivery time was 35 to 45 minutes and it took over an hour. They charge a $4.50 delivery charge. I asked the manager why is there a delivery charge for poor service. He said,, "Hey man, I don't make the rules." It's clear that Papa John's fill their management team with people who know nothing about customer service. They do not deliver on customer service!

This papa Johns is the closest one to the papa I am told so therefore it is the best one and I have to agree with everyone that posted that online. I come here often for a large double cheeseburger pizza, and I'm hoping to run into the papa himself one day. I highly recommend the double cheeseburger pizza everyone that tries it really enjoys the mash up of bar food favorites. The double cheeseburger pizza is a lot of flavor for a little small price in my opinion and that is why I am giving papa Johns 5 stars I think it is well deserved. One last thing while on the topic. I just want to say it kind of sucks that papa john isn't the spokesperson for papa johns anymore but at least at he's remaining positive in his life. I would recommend this pizza location to anyone that likes hot pizza with cheese and sauce on it because the stuff is very tasty and my family all loves it too. God bless the papa Johns thank you for serving us one of the best double cheeseburger pizzas we have ever eaten.

I ordered a large pizza and I got a medium. The pizza was super doughy when we got it it was lukewarm as well when we got it delivered.

Horrible pizza, save your money and go elsewhere. No toppings, no sauce, no cheese, no flavor, this chain is all for profit and nothing for quality. That BS about better pizza better ingredients is a lie.

They've never gotten our order wrong. Their delivery is always quick. They've never forgotten anything. And always a top choice for us when we are feeding a bigger group of people. I order the breadsticks mainly for the cheese sauce haha! It's so good! Make sure you pick that!

Ordered two medium two topping pizzas. Fairoy sure they where both smalls. Pizza turned out fine but did take a while to get to us. I'd hate to see what a small actually looks like. Probably won't order again.

I can walk to this papa Johns in less time than it takes to drive. So close, and yet it took well over an hour for 1 large pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. I won't be ordering from this one ever again. Sad.
