“Great place!! Met a couple of the techs in the parking, and it seemed like they were true enthusiest of the car. Felt extremely comfortable leaving my car there. The tech took photos of everything along the way, knowing I'm a bit meticulous about my records. I truly appreciated that for sure!! I was expecting a huge estimate and that was absolutely not the case. The tech fixed the car within the approved diagnostic time with no additional charges!! Very rare these days......highly recommend!!”

“We were on a trip in a small RV, running down I-71, when our engine began to cease up. Not knowing who to go to, we blindly called the Bluegrass folks. They took us in and investigated the problem, which was not related to the electronic ignition (thankfully) but due to intake of fuel and/or air. A long story short, they worked through the problems and gave us our camper back running fantastically, and we made it back to Wyoming with confidence! We are most appreciative of their friendly and helpful disposition, and their excellent work done promptly. We really appreciated the mechanic who worked on our vehicle, who has his own van-conversion camper. These folks are what makes Kentucky a special place in our opinion. “I’m traveling from Louisville to Cincinnati I get a low tire pressure warning. This was the closest tire place to me. I pulled in the asked for tire pressure gauge just so I can check my tire pressure. The guy replied, no problem. Pull up to bay number one. They put some air in my tires reset my tire pressure gauge in the car. They did not ask for any paymentI can assure you when I need tires. I will drive from Louisville to their shop.Thank you”

“Only shop around that would fix a tire leak I had on my extremely lowered (MODIFIED) car and Logan let me know that they would be able to get it on the alignment lift and get it fixed same day. Everyone there was amazing to talk to and I won’t be bringing my car anywhere else for any of my tire needs from now on. Customer service was 12/10 and the employees there are just a blast and genuinely care for the well being of your vehicle and will walk you through the best way to solve of whatever issues you have. “I am a repeat customer! I called first thing this morning, spoke with Wayne, and they managed to work me in and repair my car all in the same day! They let me use their loaner car to drive home. “This guy is !THE GUY! for alternator/starter/ generator rebuilds/repairs He's also very knowledgeable about motorcycle/atv charging systems . My1976 sportys generator was giving me trouble, he checked it and figured out I had a regulator problem, then I found out that he builds high performance/ high output alternators for stereo and hydraulics systems. His alternator (250 amp) outperformed the one I bought from Amazon (300amp?)at idle my headlights looked like strobes almost $360 it was almost $100 cheaper and at idle with my system full blast my lights don't flicker at all and my charging gauge never drops below 14.0v.( I have a 3000 watt RMS stereo system and a fully loaded car power everything) no issues for almost 2 years now! I'm about to get him to build another one. Pell is the man! When you want to save money(he,ll tell you right off the bat) and you want it done right with quality parts and years of experience with starting and charging systems this is the place to go.”
