Our van had an issue as we were traveling. We happened to take this exit and called Octane. Although they were covered up with business, they told me to come by when I called. The service manager was incredibly friendly and ran a diagnostic to determine the issue. He made recommendations for what I should do. And he didn't charge me for his time. He helped make a stressful day feel much more manageable.

I checked prices from a few different repair shops for my sister’s car’s alternator. And they were as reasonable as anyone. Plus they found she needed a battery also a fair price. Plus they did it days faster than anyone else I called. Thank you for fixing her car so she could get back to work fast. And for being honest and fair. She is so glad to find someone near where she lives for future repairs.

GREAT all-around experience at Octane. Alan and Dustin were able to squeeze me in on short notice, replaced my front and rear rotors/pads for a fair price, and fully answered any questions that I had. Will always try to get in with them first in the future!

On a cross-country road trip with four small kids when my check engine light came on. I was recommended Octane by a towing service. I explained to them the urgency of our situation, and I was so relieved to find that they would be able to see us right away. This was a Godsend to six out-of-towners, including a very tired baby. Within about an hour, we were on the road again. The gentlemen helping us were professional and friendly, and they were patient with four impatient kids and their parents.
