Any other time this would get a five-star review for this establishment. There is this new employee that doesn't seem as helpful as the others. I was purchasing some cigarettes and trying to use the club but she inform me I did my number and the full price was the discount price. When I know the discount price was 3 or $4 under what she was charging me

It's the 1st gas station/convince store I come to when I come to Paris A.K.A town for us in the country, & it's always been so quick, easy, convenient, no price gauging, nice staff. The only thing I wish was better is the food and coffee and iced little section, everything looks so old outdated and it looks blah just not appetizing or nice, doesn't really have much to choose from but mainly just the way everything is presented in that corner of the store looks in need of updating but that's the owner of the building problem not theirs. Other than my opinion about that the store is great 24/7 opened and lots of smiles.

No employees wearing a mask. Vague signage, mostly indicating that they don't care if you don't wear a mask, they won't even say anything about. Some moron inside vaping.

My daughter suffers from Ulcerative Colitis and she had to stop at this store to use restroom. Cashier accosted her accusing her of using drugs and being very rude. My daughter tried to explain her ulcerative colitis to no avail. Totally out of line.

Avoid this location at all costs, especially if you attempt to use your fuel rewards card and pay inside the store for gas as incompetent cashiers will select the grade for you, without inquiring which you prefer, which will then initiate another trip inside the store (which I had to endure with an actual air temperature of -4 degrees) to begin the process once again where I was re-charged. Now seven days have passed and I am out $100 for one tank of gas with no resolution other than corporate rhetoric and empty promises. Pass this store by and all other Estepp owned locations as in the event you have an issue, it will not be addressed or resolved. TRAVELERS ESPECIALLY BEWARE!

I was n a bind and exhausted every option to pay for gas. I got ripped off by the best Western hotel n paris ky and all the $ i had they took , and the kindest gal at estepp shell paid and didn't bat an eye at helping. She is a true angel
