Insanely rude man running the place with an attitude problem and no accountability whatsoever. Brought my car in to change a serpentine belt and they failed to tell me that the tensioner pulley was pretty much disintegrated, and the belt of course was flailing less than 24 hours after getting the belt replaced. Any professional mechanic will be able to inform you on any wear and tear they see or literally any other issue that could prevent the car from working. Felt completely scammed and when I called back the man raised his voice over and over saying that they’ve been in the business for 30+ and that they know what they’re doing. My car isn’t driveable at this point so of course I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here.

As a woman, Ive lost track of how many mechanics try to replace parts on my car that I didn't actually need or overcharge me. One local garage tried to convince me I needed a part that my car didn't even have and tried to charge me a few hundred to replace it. Luckily, he backpedaled when I took my dad there with me and I didn't get ripped off. Long story short, Riley's is an honest business, they always take care of my car and try to save me money whenever they can. They have restored my faith in local garages.

I took my old 1995 farm truck there for a fuel tank leak. After calling several local mechanics, I became frustrated because I was told they would not work on gas leaks or older vehicles. Rileys assured me they could make the repairs. They are a little short staffed, which caused a delay in the time of repairs, but they repaired my truck at a reasonable price. I have had no problems with my farm truck . They were friendly.

Well I called to see if they changed trans fluid an told him what car it was an after I was waiting 5 or 10 mins for an answer on how much it would be. He got back on the phone saying his computer is running slow, so I thought I would help out an look it up to an told him what it said an he acted like he got offended an told me you know what I'm not going to do it cause your gonna believe what the internet says over some one who has years of experience but the mf was looking it up on his computer because he didn't know. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
