By far the absolute WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER PAID FOR. JUST COMPLETELY PATHETIC. I paid him 700 $ and my truck still missing he wasn't capable of fixing it out of his league. Then he lied to me said he would replace a part and did not even tore up a part I had made myself and he replace it with some Ole dollar store junk. And acted like he was to high foluting to fix broken break line. Master mechanics ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE.

Absolutely happy with the communication, services, pricing, quality and level of care; Nick and his team took. Was scheduled promptly once he received the parts to complete some repairs on my 2017-Diesel Colorado. What an outstanding place to take your vehicle, pricing was comparable across the board, they did not try to upsell unneeded or unwanted services, and took the polite approach of asking if I was wanting anything else looked at or serviced during my visit.
We all hope to not have to come back to the mechanic, but when I do, I know where I'm taking it now. Thanks again.

I practically had to beg Nick, the owner of Mechanic Masters to take my daughter's 2008 Buick LaCrosse in to check several things that I had been told was wrong with it. He kept putting me off, saying he was 2 weeks behind. Finally he agreed to let me bring it on May 1, 2023. I called that morning and he wasn't in until 9 am. He called me back & said he was running behind could I wait till Wednesday & bring it. I did. Never heard a work so 5/19/23 I called to get status. His 'story' was he couldn't get parts, they were on backorder. Only parts needed were Power steering pump lines that were rotted and leaking and a transmission seal. I told him there are Internet websites where you can order parts. He says "yeah I know but they're on back order" (??). He was lying to me. I can tell when somebody is not being honest with me. So I had to go June 5th to get registration from glove box so I could send in the tax & license renewal. He still hadn't touched it. The glove box was messed up, not opening/closing right and covered in greasy hand/finger prints. I told him we really needed the car as both of us were sick and had so many appointments. He said the parts may be there on Wednesday. Surprisingly, he called me on Tues and said we could pick up the car. I went over the several things he had said was wrong and he said he had fixed all them. I picked the car up & he only charged $120. I asked him about the Glove Box not working right,, to which he replied " I don't know anything about the glove box, I was under the hood. The receipt he printed out said "repair transmission seal"...that's all. Got home and daughter noticed some serious scratches on the hood that was not there when we took it in. The entire time I worked with him on this car -over a month- he was rude, had an attitude and treated me like trash. It's like my money wasn't as good as somebody elses. I will never use him again and will tell everybody I know about his shoddy work and pissy attitude. He needs to hire somebody with a personality to manage his business and he needs to keep his head under somebody else's hood.

Had my daughter take her Toyota Rav4 to Mechanic Masters in Paris Ky. for check engine light diagnosis.Nick and crew were very dedicated to solving the weird readings on the Toyota Rav4. Took a little time, but they were very successful. Very reasonable on the cost. Nick was very polite and professional working with me on the phone (I live in North Carolina)

Hands down one of the best mechanic shops that I've used in a long time. It's nice to walk into a shop where you speak to the same person every time same as when you call.

Without a doubt the best diesel mechanics in Kentucky. The shop owners name might appear as Nick on his drivers license but it should read “Diesel Jesus”. If you take your truck anywhere else you’re making a mistake.

Took my used purchased suv to Nick based on google reviews to try out as I’m not from here. I purchased an expedition as means to haul and tow. Check engine light was on and I had Nick diagnose problem. He gave me a repair estimate and when I went to pick up the vehicle the cost was actually cheaper than expected. Nick is a honest and fair individual. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future. He’s professional, prompt and lets you know exact details on project. Quick turn around also.

Had a f250 6.7 broke injector bolt in the block. Had several people referred me to them. They didnt disappoint, super friendly knowledgable and got it done in speed time, no surprise a shop that does such good work stay booked.
