You can NEVER get a hold of the pharmacy. It takes an hour to get a call back, then 2 hours to put 11 pills in a bottle. AND WATCH WHEN YOUR MEDS WERE FILLED BECAUSE THEYLL TELL YOU ITS TOO EARLY TO BE FILLED BECAUSE THEY WERE PICKED UP 4 DAYS LATER THEN THEY ACTUALLY WERE AND THE DATE IS CLEARLY ON THE BOTTLE WHEN THEY WERE PICKED UP. They all need a new perfession because they aren't good at this one. Find a new pharmacy, you'll thank me later.

Absolutely awful! They never have anything in stock and when you do so happen to get medication filled there they miss doses. I am a very forgiving person but when you sit there and don’t take accountability and call me a liar about the missing doses on a medication is uncalled for! I would not drive the 30 minutes for 1 missed doses unless it was necessary and already approved!! I have been in the medical field for a long time I know my dosing 3ml for 3 days does not equal 7ml to dispense as well as giving a max dose 1ml syringe to go with it!! Filled on 4/9 called on 4/10 make that make sense!

Pharmacy never answers the phone or gives call backs after leaving voicemails, like stated. Always rude and act like they’re always in a rush to get you out. They have the same hours in the day as everyone else. Would never recommend unless it’s a must, like our unfortunate situation.

It's great knowing I can get medication 24 hrs/ 7 days a week. And a pharmacy that takes Good RX. Thank You. Plus, I know they must serve hundreds everyday. Never had a bad experience.

This pharmacy is a joke. I only continue coming here because of the pharmacy tech, Debra. She is such a delight. Every time I have a prescription to fill, something is on back order! If you call to speak to the pharmacist, when you finally get through, they hang up! I use to work in a pharmacy as a tech for a number of years. It is not that hard to manage your time, serve your customers and keep medicine in stock and on hand. The pharmacy is poorly managed and many customers are going to seek other places to get their medicines. This is not something that is new, it has been an issue for a few years. It's time to get it together.

Cvs store is always organized and tidy. The customer service is beyond helpful. Younger gentlemen helped me with my order and purchases. He was very kind, very helpful, and patient. He was also Hilarious, intelligent, and had a quick wit about him. Not to mention quite handsome. I would highly recommend that the management give him a raise. The younger lady working with him was adequate and nice.

They do not answer their phones! All I have is a simple question for a family member about having a drug in stock. I was on hold for an HR the first time I called and 30 mins the second before I hung up. They shouldn't have to drive all the way there to get help! And yes they are open bc I called the front store and asked. All they did was say yes and transfer me back there again!
