I went in to talk about upgrade options and the guy told me he'd be with me in just a minute. I waited a while and looked at some phones and then he asked me if I was here to pay a bill. I said no I wanted to see my upgrade options. He said ok and I waited a bit more and nothing happened. They were all sitting around talking about totally unrelated personal things. I finally got tired of waiting and left. Terrible service.

Friendly and courteous service. Not a great selection of phones but nice for a prepaid service. I love the customer service both at the store at by phone.

My bank changed names and payment didn't go through as should charged 4 dollars to pay in person another guy was there charged him 10 dollars for one day late hell of a way for store to make profits

I have been with this company for over 3years I went into the Paris location my phone just stopped working well I took it in whoever that women is informed me before even looking up my info told me I didn't get my phone from there of course she was taking personal calls so I was disturbing her she doesn't know what she's doing anyways she ask me 3times who my favorite singer in her most rude voice I have never been so insulted whoever decided she needed to work there idk never had any issues till now if she wants to stay on phone and be rude home is a good place for help !!!!!!

Store personnel very friendly and listened to what we wanted. Asked questions to be sure we got all the accessories we needed but not pushy trying to upsell. Love easy going rural atmosphere. Even offered to transfer all of our information from our old phone to the new one. We even decided to buy another phone for family member that same visit.
