I have a 13 year old chihuahua who can be temperamental and hard to treat. The staff were all so caring and made her feel as safe and comfortable as they could. They are compassionate and really wanted to help me find a solution to our issue. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

I called to try to get my cat some help for her swollen eye and they were very rude so I will not be going there.

Brought my dogs and cat here for a couple of years and it was pretty much just wellness exams. That was fine, prices high, but then my 11 year old came in for his wellness exam along with a hacking/cough with occasional vomiting. We questioned the vomiting and explained everything that has been happening and was told a non-official diagnosis of laryngeal paralysis. His lungs were not checked or anything else as far as I saw for his wellness exam. He was taken to a back room at the appointment so I assume that this may have occurred there. We were moving shortly after the appointment. He was prescribed steroids for the possible diagnosis of the laryngeal paralysis and became temporarily better but about two weeks later became exceptionally worse. This was mid move 10 hours away and when we got him into a vet once arriving in state he had a severe lung infection that has been around long enough that it should have been caught by this vet at his appointment. In this two week time frame he lost 10lbs and went through some very rough nights to get him to a competent vet in our new location who diagnosed, confirmed, and medicated the issues in short time. Thanks to our NEW vet, our dog will recover and live better. Thanks to THIS vet office, our boy nearly died.

I always try to stay away from here, because their prices are extremely high compared to other clinics and they're really poor with giving a proper diagnosis. I've never had good luck with them and have went elsewhere for the past few years due to having misdiagnoses for a couple of pets in the past.
But my senior dog ended up getting sick with something, she kept coughing and throwing up white foam. Her regular veterinarian is an hour away and was booked up for a few days and I didn't have time to just drop her off at 8am and pick her up in the afternoon 40 miles away in Lawenceburg, so I called this place since it's right down the road. They were booked up also, but did offer for me to drop her off early in the morning and someone would look her over at some point, I agreed because it's so close to me and she needed help.
I dropped her off and the woman at the front desk asked if I wanted the vet to do an X-ray if needed, I asked how much it was and she quoted $200. After my shock of the price, I told her to have the vet contact me if they thought she really needed it, so I could talk to them about it. They didn't contact me till around 3pm to tell me she was ready to go home. I was never contacted by a vet and the person on the phone couldn't tell me what she was diagnosed with. When I picked her up they already had medications at the counter for me to take home. I again asked what they thought she had, they had to get a tech from the back to talk to me. All they could tell me is that they think she possibly had an upper respiratory infection, but to bring her back if the antibiotic and steroid doesn't work. Cost me $150 for just an examination, 20 antibiotic pills, and 12 steroid pills.
Well she didn't get better after using all the medication, so I made an appointment for my regular vet clinic. They looked her over yesterday and did an X-ray (only $80), they said she had pretty bad lung disease of some kind and we'd have to repeat the X-ray in 10 days to make sure the two antibiotics and longer dose of steroids they're giving her is working, if not, it could possibly be lung cancer instead of something bacterial. They were a lot more efficient and it only cost me $245 for a very thorough examination, a couple of X-rays, two different antibiotics, and a steroid. Even her regular veterinarian said charging $70 just for amoxicillin was crazy high when I was trying to show him what they put her on originally, amoxicillin was only $29 from my vet.
I think I've finally learned my lesson coming here no matter how sick my pets are. I guess they're trying to recoup their costs from that renovation they did, but their services don't match their costs.

People in the front desk were extremely rude. Vets said my dog was fine and she just had a tummy ache, when in fact she had cancer and her insides we 2x the size they should be. They wouldn’t do any scans they would just feel her and say she was fine. The dog lost 20lbs in 2 weeks and was fine. Then they have the audacity to keep calling and asking about the dog when they know she had passed. We asked to be off the call list and they did not, they instead blamed everything on us for not catching the cancer sooner. Extremely rude and disappointing.

I would like to start off by stating I have worked in multiple vets and work with animals every single day. What happened was not preventable or curable but definitely should have gone a different way. My dog was sick and I went to them six different times. She lost 20 pounds and every time they told me that she’s a perfectly healthy dog. 20 pounds in two weeks. And you’re telling me that she’s healthy? I ended up going to a different vet because they wouldn’t listen to me and they wouldn’t do any testing on her All they would do is feel her tummy and tell me that her tummy is not hurting and she’s fine. She was not fine. She passed away. but every time I called to ask for something they would get upset with me and tell me that she was fine and the lady at the desk was rude. Since my dog has passed, they called me to check in on her, and I told them that she passed, they sent me a grievance card. They continue to contact me and email me and send me letters in the mail even after knowing that she passed and after me telling them I would prefer them to completely remove my name and my dogs name from their system. I finally got all the cards and emails so I called them and I said “ Hello, my name is ———-. I would prefer if you remove my dog and my name from your system because she has passed.” and the lady at the desk responded with “ well man, we don’t know if she’s dead if you haven’t told us.” . She said it extremely rudely, which is completely inappropriate when I told you that my dog died and not only that they knew that she was dead. i’m not looking for someone to blame, but there was no reason to be completely completely rude rude to me after I just told you that my dog died.
