Bought a car over a long distance (about 800 miles) and the transaction was smoother than any attempt to get the car from my backyard. Top notch customer service from all 3 personnel I worked with, especially Joshua Minnard. They worked so hard to get the price I wanted. When we first showed up at Dan Cummins, we were about to go inside to get a sales person. Instead my wife found Matt Marlow walking back to the building. Matt was an awesome person to work with on purchasing our Jeep. He went above and beyond for us. We would go back to Dan Cummins and work with Matt on another vehicle purchase in the future.

Tregg Todd was my salesman he was great well spoken professional never felt pressured worked with me for hours there so many nice trucks to choose from. Trigg didn’t try to go over budget. Great company the employee I worked with was named Jake he did an awesome job at helping me get a new truck, the process was a bit lengthy but we managed to get through everything. There were some hidden damages on the truck that was not in the description or showed up on the test drive till the next day of having the truck but that's what's expected out of a 25 year old truck, but the staff there are very friendly and are willing to help you as much as they possibly can. Over all they did a great job.

Wonderful experience with this dealership! Sierra was so helpful in getting all the paperwork and numbers to me quickly since I live in Virginia. She went above and beyond answering me even past work hours. We will definitely drive back down to purchase another vehicle from them.
