“I looked around awhile for specific gauges for my truck. As a Canadian I was wanting in metric which are special order regardless of where offing from. I chose to order through KY based on referral. As soon as I reached out to Lee he was very quick to reply to all my questions. Was told up to 20 weeks for the wait due to special order. Well, just four weeks out from order I just got a tracking number. When reached out to Lee confirming this and sharing my surprise at the quick turnaround time he said he was able to expedite the order knowing I had a tight timeline. Haven’t received them yet but the customer service so fair has been second to none. Thanks Lee and KY ????”

“I’m from out of town and needed a replacement for a stripped bolt after repairing a sensor on my throttle body. The staff were very helpful and seemed very experienced.”
“My SUV tire sensors indicated low tire pressure in my front driver’s side tire. I brought it in and a very nice, young guy (I wish I could remember his name) helped me. It took a little while because it would seem my tire sensors were completely backward and it was the rear passenger side tire. He found a very thin, 1/2 inch piece of metal and was able to plug the tire and reset my tire sensors. He worked very hard for me to only have to pay $15. He is nice, knowledgeable, and a great asset to the team there. Thanks again!”
