I couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy to take care of my medication. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and my medication is always there waiting for me. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone. They are all such fine people.

If you could give zero stars, I would. They got mad because they are too expensive. When I said I would have my prescriptions transferred, they deleted them from their system, forcing the next pharmacy (Walgreen's in Paintsville, God Bless them) to wait on hold for over 20 minutes. Unprofessional clowns at Mountain Apothecary. Stay away.

The people that were getting my prescriptions ready were very judgmental and said what kind of medicine I was getting out in front of everyone and were rude about it like they had the right to judge me for my prescriptions. If you want them to announce to the whole room full of customers and employees what you are on and judge you for it, then this is the pharmacy for you, if not, save yourself the aggravation and change pharmacies. The woman up front is the only good one there. I agree with Professional Reviews, Go to Rite Aid as they are much nicer, quicker, and give you your prescriptions without any judgement or violation of your privacy. Or even Walmart. Basically, just go anywhere else.

The people that actually fill the prescriptions that are behind the counter are horrible and tell everyone what your prescriptions are they offer no privacy and are rude. Save your time and go to Rite-Aid were they treat customers with respect.
