Worst experience ever! Took upon themselves to rip up my living room flooring and left it. Found razor blade where my kids play, they don't know how to tuck and staple, ripped up too many boards now have a gap in floor, sold me a carpet with stains and called me a liar and his iwn people seen the stains and commented, put their stretcher through my sons wall, scratched up my newly painted baseboards most professionals would of put a soft cloth behind the stretcher. Went to try to resolve the owner basically called me a liar and laughed at the situation. So now we go to court! Definitely would not recommend

May's Carpet was beyond professional and did such an awesome job. We had multiple rooms refloored and every single room was done with efficiency and care. Donna and Ronnie went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and stayed in our price range. I would 100% recommend this company and will use them again in the future for any flooring needs we have.

Came in for a 10x12 room. It needed linoleum or laminate. We went with the laminate and they had it installed the next day. Might have taken them two hours, three at the very most. Every single person I encountered was beyond friendly. Will be going back to them for future installations. Extremely happy with my experience.

Very disappointed in the way things were handled. They did an excellent job putting the floor in, which is why I didn’t give them a one star. I explained multiple times I wanted all the old floor removed & was charged to have all the square footage removed. But the linoleum wasn’t taken up, which was a significant amount. I asked what happened & was ignored, then told they don’t ever take it up. The transitions can be felt, & it has popped out of some of the shoeing. & now they refuse to answer

We have tried to work with them and can never get a call back. We stop in to be told they will call us with an estimate and we never receive a call. Nice people just don’t follow through at all. I suggest you must go to Lowe’s.

Outstanding people to work with! Very pleased with the service and attention we received while selecting our flooring. Installation was scheduled very fast, and the installers themselves we're very quick and professional. First time customer but look forward to using them for future renovation projects.
