Had my timing belt replaced few months back... car shut off out of nowhere. Got it back in for service and was told by AARON that i needed a new engine... towed it to an honest person had it started and running within an hour. They left debris in timing cover which caused belt to slip over crank pulley and go out of time. They refused to return my "diagnostic" fee or any other labor i paid for.. mind that this service was still under warranty and they would have had to own up to there workmanship. Ive spent thousands here over the years between several cars. What a shame... the dealer is supposed to set the bar with these things. I hope this post prevents others from getting ripped off like i did. I will now make it a mission of mine to keep people away from here. I would post pics but it doesn't give me the option for some reason!

So disappointed that we paid a few dollars shy of $12,000 (cash) for a vehicle someone at the dealership KNEW wouldn't last a week. It was our 17 year olds first car and over half the money given them was hers. Now she has no car, nor money. They could care less! I suggest going elsewhere!! I forgot to mention, we were promised a small dent and windshield wiper blade scratch on windshield would be fixed. Almost a month later, no word on that being scheduled.

Worst dealership in the state. They won’t stop calling my 80 year old father, who can’t drive due to a disability because they consider him a “lead”. Stay away at all costs. If they will prey on the elderly, how bad do you think they will screw you over?
