The tax place is fine. But our government makes it so hard to do anything these days. I probably won't get a tax return. It's like they do that to me everytime I file. They make all these rules and identity hoops you have to go through. It's absolutely ridiculous. No wonder why sometimes I just don't want to bother with filing. They keep your money and send it to other country's anyway.

I was able to file my taxes completely online with the assistance of a local tax expert who was incredibly quick with getting my return filed. I was eligible for an advance on my refund and I feel like she got me the best return I could have gotten.

5 stars for atmosphere and employees at the paintsville office, i gave the 4 instead of 5 stars above due ti the fact i have never actually recieved the emarld "loan". Besides that and of course it being taxes, i enjoyed all the interactions with their employees at this location.

Kim done awesome but I think I'd do better and it's cheaper if I do them on my own because I keep getting denied for the advance so what is the point in paying so much !!!
