“A very solid commercial gym with friendly people and good equipment selection. I'm more into a powerlifting style of training so this wasn't necessarily the spot for me, however it would fit the majority of people very well.”
“Worked out once there, came back a week later and signed up for a year membership. Decent equipment, friendly staff, only thing that could make it better is a chart showing when is the busy times. I like fewer people around. Im currently working on the scheduling, great thing about being in EMS it gives you plenty of time to figure out a workout schedule that fits my needs aka no one around the free weights. But all and all, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to build some muscle and/or drop a few pounds.”

“They have put so much money into this place it is unreal. All the machines are new, the floors are clean and the technology works. Definitely one of the nicer gyms around. Great atmosphere, nice mix of hardcore, kids, and normal guys and gals just trying to keep up.”
