I have been getting all my gas here for years since it is on my way home and has a good price on premium gas. I usually spend between $400 and $800 here every month. Many times while I have been filling my gas tank I have needed to use their restroom with no problems. Tonight was different, a lady I have never seen working there before named Trish told me she wasn't allowed to let me use the restroom. She told me I could go up to the main store to use the one there. I have worked all day and don't feel like driving to another lot, finding a space and walking all the way inside to use the restroom when there is one ten feet from where I spent $75 dollars. She was very rude and had a terrible attitude. I will be shopping around for a more welcoming and polite source for my fuel.

Price gouging and you run the risk of water bein in the gas. I put $25.03 in my tank and Food City charged my card $125 refusin to fix thier error sayin banks charge $50 now due high gas prices which still doesn't add up to $125

Do not order from Paintsville Ky food city for any cake needs especially for special occasions. Called me 20 mins before pick up to let me know that they were out of cupcakes when I had them ordered for a custom order to match a custom cake, which also was not done on time and had to be waited on to be done in which they rushed to get it done. It was ugly and thrown together for my child’s birthday party!

I would like to congratulate Food City of Paintsville KY on a really nice store. Their produce section was fully stocked with fresh produce. There were lots of choices in the bread aisle. The meat shelves were not empty, but I was only looking for chicken, of which I had several options to choose from. In fact the only empty shelves I found were for toilet paper, for which I don’t understand the run on that item. Thankfully I didn’t need any. Also there were sig

Seems like they can't keep workers. Only 2 registers opened after the self checkout are full. Some products are outdated. Even the restaurant inside the store had the worst foods to eat.
