The rudest pharmacy. They regularly lose my prescriptions, change or delay my prescriptions without contact, and when you call them on it (politely, but directly), they still are like, whatever. They really, truly just don't care. Suggested to the pharmacist that her staff could be kinder and more communicative since it is, you know, people's medications. It's important to them. I get feeling burnt-out, I understand customer service is a tough field -- I've been there -- but she was just like (blasely), sorry. Didn't even look at me. I was like, you know what, this conversation is pointless, because you aren't even listening to my complaints. You're doing the same thing your staff does. Oh, and love the guy working who, when I expressed concern at them changing the amount of medication without contacting us, was like (without looking at us, walking away without caring, and sarcastic), "It still meets the doctor's treatment request." Okay. Well, the doctor originally prescribed more, but YOU were out-of-stock, is the point, and you should have explained everything, nicely and calmly and made sure it was okay with us. We would've gone elsewhere if they didn't have the med in its originally prescribed form. Honestly, if you care that little about your job, quit. You're just hurting people, and it isn't worth it. Life is short. Treat people with kindness when they are sick. I tried to be kind in my complaint, but sheesh. Fell on deaf ears. Going to locally owned pharmacy instead, where they communicate, explain, and give you 2 seconds to look up a dang coupon. Also, why, when my insurance never changed, are the prices for the same medication different every time? Explain that one to me. They won't, of course. They can't even be bothered to care about anything. Never again.
