The people at West Towne Pharmacy are very friendly and professional. Their drive through window makes it really convenient for picking up prescriptions .Brandy and everyone at West Towne Pharmacy have gone out their way to help our family. Whether it's answering our questions or sending us reminders, West Towne Pharmacy has great customer service. They also have really cute gift ideas w reasonable prices! Their store also offers postal services.

They don't ship to service members overseas and weren't even apologetic about it. Any USPS should be able or at least willing to try.

Awesome pharmacy always helpful and friendly staff is hardworking and if walk in you get a prescription filled I’ve never waited over 10 minutes before it was ready I personally love this pharmacy it’s more of small pharmacy than a big huge chain like Wallgreens and CVS that doesn’t care whether you get your medicine or not so if you’re tired of those types of pharmacies this once is the one for you there the best pharmacy I’ve ever used and will never use any other again now half my family goes there because how great they are and caring and also just very nice I’m so glad friend of mine told me about them I’ve been there over 2 years now and it’s been a great pharmacy so check it out

Best pharmacy without a doubt. You'll be there no longer than 5 minutes unless you catch yourself talking to one of the awesome staff. But I can't stress enough how FAST they are about filling prescriptions. Good prices on my meds too

West Towne pharmacy is the best pharmacy around paducah. Grant always makes sure u get the lowest prices and adds coupons so u do get lowest prices on your prescriptions. I wouldnt know what I wuld do w/out them. They treat u with respect as & like family. 10 stars in my book. Thank you all!

Excellent customer service!!! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly! The little store inside has some really neat things too, and the post office that's inside/connected to pharmacy is very convenient as well!
