Absolute worst service department I have ever taken a vehicle to. Charges 100% markup on parts which I have first hand knowledge of as I saw the invoice from the store they purchased my cv axle from. Very inconsiderate when it comes to appointments. Make an appointment weeks out and sit for over an hour and your car still hasn’t been taken back. Take your vehicle anywhere but here.

Didn’t actually end up buying anything (no fault of the dealer, just supply issues) but Joe was a great help with everything and bent over backwards to try to secure an incoming car for us, we just went a different direction. Joe was awesome though!!

I purchased a new CRV this past week and I had the pleasure of working with Kyle. Kyle was absolutely wonderful and actually made the car buying experience pleasant. Kyle demonstrated patience, respect, and knowledge of the product throughout the shopping process. Since completing the sale, he has continued to answer my messages promptly and has been available for continued support as needed.I believe that Watermark Honda is lucky to have Kyle on their team and he should be recognized for his outstanding customer service. I strongly encourage anyone wanting to purchase a Honda, to go see Kyle.

The vehicle is currently in the shop for some much-needed maintenance. So it's too early to know the quality of their work. However, don't rely on speaking to the service department. THEY NEVER ANSWER the phone. This is a big negative to their reputation in my book.

Awesome experience! My husband and I drove 2 hours to look at an Odyssey. Colby was awesome in communication the entire time we were driving down and ensured me he would hold it until we got there. Colby explained all the features very well and the financing process was seamless. Matt went over all warranties and financing and we were in and out in no time. We love our new Odyssey

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. Being from the north (suburbs of Chicago) I have had many bad experiences with dealerships and service department reps, but this dealership is different. They care about the customer, and it is quite evident.Johann Leclaire in Honda service went above and beyond for me. I had a service repair needed and it was a bit tricky and he literally spent over half his day talking to me and other outside parties to ensure that I got the best care possible. As someone who does not love dealing with cars, he made the experience so pleasant and I can not thank him enough.10/5 stars for this dealership and their customer-forward attitude!

Sadly after 10 years I will be going elsewhere. I purchased a used car for my son. Largely because of the "forever warranty". Because I am not a lawyer I did not analyze the legalese of everything I signed.I was told by two different employees that I could have scheduled maintenance done anywhere I wanted, but to keep the receipts. Which I did.The car needed $1800 of power train repairs - axle and manifold gaskets. I call the Warranty Department and they tell me that if I have maintenance done anywhere other than Watermark, I have to call first! ?The ONLY purpose of that is to basically force people out of the warranty terms. Having the oil changed & not calling an 800 number has no effect on whether an axle fails.So, they saved their $1,800. But they lost what was a lifetime customer. Very misleading.

I assisted my aunt in purchasing her first Honda at Watermark Honda in Paducah. Now first of all let me say that I used to be a finance manager at a Honda dealership in my hometown in Ohio and so I KNOW the high standards Honda has and had in mind the way I expected we would be treated. Well between the first minute we met Zach he was the kindest, most relatable, compassionate human being I have EVER meet at any car dealership. Even with all of my experience with car dealerships it's still a very stressful experience and is something we dread. But Zach was seriously the BEST! And then the day we picked her HR-V up Matt, the finance manager, and Zach were both awesome, there was no high pressure sales tactics and everything was up front and honest and completely explained. I seriously can't say enough good!! 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommend! The kicker? The car has a forever warranty we didn't even know about!!! You seriously can't get better than Honda y'all!!

We purchased a vehicle here in August 2022, and were very pleased with the experience. Unfortunately, this vehicle was totaled in an accident a few months later. Bryan Crim and Chance Mooneyham went out of their way to help us in the process of getting things settled with our insurance, and then getting us into a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.I have never left a review for an auto dealer before, but based on our experience, I would highly recommend Watermark Honda.

I didn’t buy a car. But sold one to them. Super polite, answered any questions. Didn’t stick up their noses to me when I wasn’t there to trade/buy. After begging me to. They weren’t harassing me the second I stepped out of the car like the vultures over at Royal Oaks. They got me what I needed and did it very professionally. In the end, experiences like this could definitely bring me back when I am again looking to buy. Shout out to Corey Keller.
