I was driving my son from Atlanta to Boulder for his freshman year at college when all of a sudden my 2013 Odyssey started shaking, lurching, and making crazy noises on the highway. The dials were spinning and it was very obvious things were not going well! I had my son look up Honda dealers nearby and lo and behold, off the next exit was Watermark Honda!!
We coasted into the service garage on our last legs. Amanda jumped right into action and had the car looked at right away. There was an alternator problem that needed to be fixed, but would take til Wednesday. Lucky for us there was an Enterprise Rent-a-Car right across the street!
Amanda drove us across the street (busy road, she was looking out for us by driving us!) We switched all of my son's college stuff to the rental and off we went!
As we travelled across the country Amanda kept us up to date on the car. They fixed everything good as new, and when I returned to Paducah on my way back to Atlanta, my car was ready and waiting!
Watermark Honda did us so right and I want to especially thank Amanda for her awesomeness in every way!!

I recently purchased my 2021 CRV Hybrid Touring at Watermark Honda. Kyle Stewart was my very patient salesman who took great care to answer every question that I had. He went above and beyond through the entire process constantly reassuring and helping me make each decision along the way!
Chance Mooneyham was also very patient and kind to answer all of my questions in regards to financing and helping to chose the right warranty best suited for my needs!
Corey Keller was equally helpful in making sure I was completely satisfied with each aspect of my car.
I love my car and I’m grateful to you guys for taking such good care me! God Bless!!?

I’ve been using Watermark Honda’s service department for years and we even purchased a car for my husband here several years ago, although we no longer have it. Kyle, who sold that car to us, still makes a point to say hello every time he sees us even after all these years have passed and we had assumed he had forgotten who we were. Where most places make you feel like just another sale to be made, we’ve never felt that here.
Their service department has always done reliable/good work on our cars. Tyler has gone above and beyond for me in one particular instance with my car, that’s instilled in me, a deeper appreciation and fortified trust in their service. For him alone I recommend them for their service department because he makes it obvious he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. But I’ve always had a good experience with every oil change/ misc appointment I’ve ever had with them so I know their service techs do a great job too, even behind the scenes.
All this to say, I appreciate the people at Watermark Honda and I recommend them for your next car purchase or service appointment, and constantly do (I’m slowly converting my friends to Civic people). And maybe one day in the future Honda will decide to bring the Prelude back in America and we can talk about a possible trade-in.? But I truly love my Civic so we will just have to see.

I bought a 2024 Honda CRV in October 2023. At the time of purchase I elected to have my interior coated with a protectant. Last week my coffee leaked through a leak proof cup and insulated bag into my passenger seat. I called Honda fully expecting to pay to remove the minor stain. Instead, I was told to bring my vehicle in to be cleaned for free and if needed they would help me get the seat replaced. Fortunately, they were able to clean it in house and remove the stain. I was offered a loaner vehicle and had my car returned in a matter of hours. Chance and Matt were fantastic and I appreciate the service I received from the Finance Department with the entire process.

While road tripping I noticed my skid plate hanging down. Swung into the service center, they fixed it with a smile and kindly sent me on my way. Very much appreciate the help and quick service!!

I have been an Employee with Honda for 39 years and had the chace to interact with Tyler Lee for a mutual customer. He is by far one of the most personable, very knowledgeable and caring advisors I have ever had a chace to deal with. Watermark Honda is lucky to have him! Keep up the Great work Tyler.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from them and they are amazing. They worked with me on the payments and I was able to get the vehicle I needed at the monthly price I could afford. The staff is a great group of people who know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommended!

I just leased my 4 th CRV from Wstermark Honda. This dealership is absolutely the best. Joe always helps me get the exact CRV. I’m looking for and he’s just a great salesman! He’s very knowledgeable and gets things taken care of quickly. He’s also there to help with anything you need long after you get your vehicle. The guys that take care of the financials are great too. This time Chance walked me through all the lease paperwork. From there the maintenance department is always efficient and great to deal with too. Speaking of maintenance, all of my oil changes and filters and pretty much anything the CRV might need is taken care of at no charge to me up until 45,000 miles. Honestly though, my CRV’s have never needed anything other than routine maintenance which is why I guess I just leased my fourth. I could continue but I’ll just say you definitely need to check out Watermark Honda the next time you are shopping for a vehicle. Ask for Joe, but if he’s not there anyone there will treat you very well and you will love the Honda you drive off the lot!

had my car towed to Watermark Honda after hitting a metal object on the interstate at 4:30 AM and was stuck 6 hours from home. The second the service center opened, they were ready to help! Got me back on the road in under an hour! Absolutely incredible service. Thank you!!

Great dealership to do business with. Being a sales rep myself, I 100% didn’t want a pushy sales rep. Colby was the complete opposite of that! He answered all of my questions, let everything be done on my time, and was honest and up front about everything. He was awesome to work with from start to finish.
5 stars, hands down.
