I went Oct 24 th 2023 around 1230 pm rudest salesclerk I have ever encountered!! She got all bent out of shape because I didn’t bring the hanger to her!!! She was busy on her cell phone and was not interested in helping me. Also showed no interest in getting another size or ordering another size for me! Corporate should take note in these bad reviews!!!

Black and Brown folk are constantly followed. Then, there are some questionable things that have happened when I tried to return things. The clothes cost too much and they aren't that good of material to cost that much. Also, the sizing is a funny fit. I'll just stick to Cato. I've seen other B/B folk followed in the store...more than any other in the mall..Anyway, just my usual experience. I try not to go.

No one ever said hi welcome just was if ignored until.we asked for a fitting room. No conversation what so ever. Go to check-out same rudeness. I personally will never shop there again. She happened to be an older lady. It was like we were an inconvenience for being in the store. No worries will Never be back. Shame because they did have some cute clothes.

My daughter and I went in on Monday and the staff were extremely rude. They did not even acknowledge either one of us was there when we walked in with one associate even ducking her head to avoid eye contact. We each had multiple bags in our hands with the intention of purchasing multiple outfits (that we had in hand) from them. Unfortunately, we walked out without anything and will not be back.

The items are nice, some of their retail associates are horrible and will treat you like your stealing for no reason. And when confronted they say it’s because someone was just caught stealing.. I guess these workers are known for profiling and treating a lot of their customers like criminals from other reviews. Not a good shopping experience. They also wouldn’t let me take my own shopping bag into the fitting room with me even though I paid for it and it’s mine.

The employees do not wear masks even though they have a sign on the door saying it’s required.
