Would give zero stars , I have been a Verizon wireless customer for well over 10 years was in the store today 10/26/2023 and apparently a 6'0 tall 240lb black man is invisible, I walked in was never greeted but soon after two women walked in and were greeted before i was even looked at. Horrible organizational discipline and horrible behavior with customers experience.

I went in first thing in the morning to have data from my old phone transferred to my new upgraded phone. They were suppose to have wiped all information from my old phone and would be sending it back to Verizon.After I drove an hour to get home I was busy finishing updating the new phone. I noticed that I couldn't do anything on several apps because they were still showing my old Note 10 as being active.I made 3 calls to customer support with the first two helpers not being able to give me any information. The third call, I asked to speak to a Supervisor and could I please get a local phone number for the Verizon Store I had went to earlier that day. The Supervisor told me that she would do a conference call and put me on hold. When she connected me to the call I heard the Store lady yelling "do not conference any calls". I jumped in and told her that I had been there earlier and that the phone I had left was still not wiped clean yet it was still active on my account and I was afraid someone would get all my personal information off of it. The store lady told me they were swamped and that I needed to come back in. I told her no, I wasn't driving an hour there and an hour back could they please check and make sure the phone gets factory reset. She then asked me to describe who waited on me. I was called rude by this person and I was very drained by having to speak to 3 different people in foreign lands when a Verizon store was 1 hour away and I couldn't get a local number for the life of me.It's a terrible thing when you spend $1,200 on a new phone and have 5 other phones on the account and have been with them for years and not be able to get good Customer Service. And to be called rude on top of it all.Businesses are just in it for that almighty dollar. This is unacceptable in my eyes.

Starting to think I’m with the wrong providers since this stores mindset is “if you aren’t buying we aren’t helping”. My wife and I went to this store today to transfer her number from a family member’s account to my account. Jarrett was the guy that approached us and told us we had to do it on the app and call a certain phone number. The man that’s has that phone on his account is older and hundreds of miles away. He was having a hard time as my wife and I were explaining to him how to do it. I we finally asked Jarrett if he could just do it from his hand held by sending the account owner the confirmation text to allow access to the account and do it as it only takes 10-15 minutes to do so. He ignored that and said we are going to have to do it by calling that number. I use to work for Verizon and actually sold my wife her phone. Not once had I been unable to do that kind of ask from my hand held. This is pure laziness and lack of customer service. Im very disappointed that this store has people working there with a lazy mindset. I would stay late to even help someone pay there bill. On top of all this everytime Jarrett got done telling us that we had to call the number he would walk away instead of doing his job. We shouldn’t have to keep calling Jarrett over for help.

They are all very helpful. I've had several concerns and they have resolved all of them. They are very patient with my problems and explained what they were doing.

Wanted to upgrade to new phone.After waiting over one hour to see an associate..... he pulls up my Info , then tells me he has to go in the back to work up a quote. - that took another 30 minutes. I'm upgrading a phone , not buying a car. He finally came back , and did nothing but but pressure on me to buy extras. All he had to do is tell how much is the phone. Extremely pushy. He was like a bad used car salesmen. Took me nearly 3 hrs to upgrade my phone. They need to make buying a phone easier, qui cker, and no pressureIll not be back.

I called about when I could pick up my watch. The lady literally spoke to me like she was a computer. I asked her when do you think I can come pick it up? She says the store will notify you I said I have a very busy day today. Any idea when you think it could be ready Lady repeats same statement and then says I have three days to come get it whatever happened to customer service. I was very polite and just curious when I could come get my watch. She made me feel like I was d*** for asking the question. And that made me feel like I was not welcome at the store. So thank you for the wonderful experience that was sarcasm.

Went here around Christmas and was forced to take the insurance even though I repair my own phones. They guy told me I could go in the app and cancel it, and continued to brag about how high his insurance sales rate was. He would not let me purchase a phone or port my wife's phone number over in the same night. Told him it was fine I'd be back around 6 the next night to do my wife's number. I arrived the next night tried to speak to the same person and they told me they closed in an hour and weren't seeing any more customers. When everything was finished the 3rd night, the representative again added insurance after I said no and did not apply my promotion correctly. When I went in for the sales person to help he directed me again to the app. Abhorrent!

Always fast with help but not to knowledgeable on how to get around not having an ID or didn't care due to lack of commission on a 1300$ sale by just doing it all online and going to pick it up from there automated box system that's awesome.

If you can do business online and avoid this location. Stood for 45 mins before I decided to just leave. Took care of what I needed online in 5 mins.

Dealing with warranty claims on phones are never fun. Austin was a consummate professional. Best Buy and Apple were not able to provide adequate support. However, Austin saved me a lot of time by explaining how Verizon can help me personally!Thank you & I highly suggest talking with him when you need help!

Purchased an IPAD here. They didn’t verify the address it was getting sent to and sent it to the wrong address. Their advice to me was cancel the order, spend another 1,000 today and get refunded 7 days later. Or go to the address listed and hope I don’t have to fight someone for my iPad they sent to the wrong address. Spent the next two days trying to get the shipment changed with Verizon customer support.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. THEY ONLY TRY TO UPCHARGE YOU. IT DOESNT MATTER THAT THEY ARE AN OFFICIAL VERIZON STORE, IF YOU ORDERED ONLINE THE MANAGER WILL LAUGH IN YOUR FACE AND SAY ITS HER STORE, NOT VERIZONS, LIKE SHE JUST DID TO ME. I WILL REPORT HER TO AS MANY VERIZON OFFICIALS AS POSSIBLE. SHE IS RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE ABOUT FEES AND THEN DOUBLED THEM AS WE WERE COMPLETING AN EXCHANGE. A DISGRACE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT COMMISSION, NOT THE CUSTOMER. EVERYONE IN PADUCAH KNOWS THIS STORE IS TRASH BECAUSE ITS RAN BY TRASH. WAIT TIME IS EMBARASSING FOR THEM.FRI 4/14/23 9:30am.

We have a simple billing question, but we'd like to speak to someone in person. Waited 45 minutes and finally left. It probably won't take 5 minutes to answer our question, yet we cannot get help. People that came in way after us were acknowledged before us, no good check in system or customer service. The day we bought our phone was good only because we got there very early. Need more help in busy hours.
