We were greeted quickly and told that the wait would be about an hour because they were very busy. They were polite and worked quickly with everyone. We did wait just over an hour. Had an issue with my phone and the young man solved it no time at all.

They are all very helpful. I've had several concerns and they have resolved all of them. They are very patient with my problems and explained what they were doing.
