The reps in the store were as good as they could be but unfortunately for them they work for a stinky company. Verizon (over the phone corporate) customer service has become increasingly worse and worse every time I deal with them. Luckily for me I bought my phone directly from Samsung 4 years ago and the thing still works pretty good. EVERY VERIZON PHONE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT REGARDLESS OF THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT MADE IT TO THE END OF THE CONTRACT!! I'm not sure exactly how they do it but they always break and man oh man will they try and put you in a pickle to get a replacement. It's right up the with trying to replace a car. Yours is broke and worth peanuts there's is emaculate and worth diamonds. If you live in an area and do not have to have a Verizon phone run from them they do not care about their customers.
