These people will not answer the phone for anything! I’ve called several times and it rings so many times that it eventually starts beeping. Why have a phone if you refuse to answer it! So frustrating!!

Mail routinely delivered late, delivered to the wrong address, or not delivered at all. Part time, fill-in delivery personnel are the worst. Never answer the phone if you try to call. Have gone in person to ask for help. They will take your information and then never get back to you. Terrible!

The most Laziest, incompetent delivery drivers I've ever witnessed. Delivered to wrong address multiple times. Sometimes i don't even get my package until days, weeks after delivery date. If there's 1 inch of snow on the ground, forget about it. If you don't like your job, find another one.

50% of the time there's a temporary or part-time carrier on my route. Whenever one of them is doing our route, outgoing mail and packages don't get picked up-- even with scheduled pickups. This is ESPECIALLY TRUE when it's raining, and packages end up being left out much longer than necessary. Also in inclement weather, the temp/ part-timers won't deliver packages. It's disgraceful.

Absolutely awful service. The delivery person constantly doesn’t deliver the mail on time. Sometimes not at all. The annex will not answer the phone when you call. I went there twice today to try and get a package that was supposed to be delivered today that wasn’t. They wouldn’t call the delivery person to make them deliver the package like they were supposed to. Left my number and the tracking number with the people at the door. No call. I called there number while I was in the building and heard no ring inside. They have the ring turned off. Don’t expect any help and for these people to do the right thing.

The worst. I have had 5 packages turn up missing in 2 years at 2 different addresses. My daughters first Halloween costume, her birthday present, and legal documents are some worth mentioning. Each time I reported to them, they told me a supervisor would call and they never did. That’s a total of at least 15 trips to this place in 2 years with not ONE phone call back. It’s appalling how terrible this joke of a institution is.

U. S. Postal Service Letter Carrier Annex of Paducah is one of my fave places to go for held or certified mail pick-up.
They are a real hoot down at the Annex now! Good people that always get the job done.
If you go out of town and want your mail held for any length of time contact the Annex ASAP to let them know and they will do it! If you have certified, return-receipt-requested mail to pick-up and your regular mail carrier doesn't catch you at home upon normal delivery they will leave a slip in your door or in your mailbox to let you know its available for pick-up at the Annex.
They do a great job and provide an excellent service to this area.
Bravo USPS and Local Carriers Annex of Paducah! BRAVO.

Well, Noble Road is flooded again and our mail is being held. I am expecting important items along with the usual monthly obligations. I called the Annex and the nicest, most respectful man answered and helped track my things. He said they were all at the Annex and apologized for keeping me waiting. I just thanked him and told him how much I appreciated all the mail carriers. I sure wouldn't want their job....
