Old Lady at front counter is VERY rude! My husband went to pick up our mail on hold, because we are moving, and she said she was removing the hold and told him that there was nothing for us. Our informed delivery says otherwise. There is no phone number that is actually answered locally! No wonder USPS has gone to hell.

I went in to send a package. Phyllis just looked at me and said “No. You will have to go to him” and pointed to her coworker. I said “Ok” and she then proceeds to tell me she is clocking out for lunch.I can understand going on a lunch break, but she did not have to greet me so rudely. I’ve never in my life been looked at and just told “No” as a greeting because i went to their line. She definitely is lacking in customer service and needs to learn some manners.

I've had no big issues until recently when they randomly decided to return a package of mine twice. The 2nd time it didn't even make it back to the sender, so it's been stuck at this post office for months, now. And, I can't get ahold of anyone about it, because their phone always gives a busy signal. That package cost alot of money and I can't even get a refund for it.

Went to mail a large manila envelope. It was floppy and you could tell it was probably paper and nothing hard inside. Was asked what was in the envelope and said paperwork. Refused to take package and said needed to know what kind of paperwork. After being told it was medical records was told they still needed more information and asked what kind of medical records. They finally took the package. I am very upset. I don’t mind them asking what was in the package but upon being told paperwork it should have been mailed. It was absolutely none of their business what kind of paperwork and certainly not what kind of medical records. That was an invasion of privacy in my opinion.

quick service and friendly staff, but could use some more experience or knowledge. Wanted to charge $1.08 for a standard greeting card. I decided to just put a forever stamp on it and drop it in a box; it got there just fine.

Have lived at this address with no mail problems ever. I have a P.O. Box that my mail goes to and I give my physical address when I have packages delivered. I live in a house where they deliver to porch, my house like many others has a slot in the door not a mail box. As a senior and due to Covid I go to my P.O. Box monthly and I order a lot to have delivered to house. Suddenly just b4 Christmas my packages were not delivered. The “manager/ director of Plaza Park st distribution center told me since I had a P.O. Box she would not let things be delivered to house.Again last week I was tracking a package that said it was supposed to be delivered that day, that nite I checked to see why it was delayed. On the USPS tracking site it stated my package was being held at the distribution center “ at the request of the customer” !!! An out right lie !!I’ve checked with my neighbors and they have no problem with packages, they are left on porch, not mine ! No explanation except I have a POBox !!

I like the services I receive from my USPS office. At times there is a long wait in line, but what business in today's time doesn't have some time delay. As stated in my opening sentence, 'I like the services I receive from my USPS office '

I took 3 musical greeting cards to get weighed and postage added. The clerk said the cheapest for each card was over 4 dollars, because it was a parcel. I've mailed these for years, never had an issue. I went to a different post office, and it was $1.20 for each one.

The different ppl at the desk will give you different answers for just getting keys for my apartment I was forced to do a change of address even though I have all my important mail go home this was only my work address. Then the next day I came in with the paperwork and didn't even need to when I'm moving in so I have to change address's back and forth just to get keys.Which they don't even stop the old mail from the previous three tenants to my mail box I've gotten everything from 5 ballots, VA letters, collection letters, life insurance policies to elementary school reports with all completely different names.

There is a worker by the name of Ashley Baker that texts all day instead of focusing on what needs to be done. Is this not against company policy?
