Worst experience ever. When I called for an appointment at 11:30 am, they told me to come at Noon. They didn’t take me until 1 pm - a full hour later. Then, the guy who did my nails did NOT use a base coat, so my polish was already wearing away an hour later. When he got to my fingers, he cut my nails WAY too short before applying gel, and then he did such a bad job with the gel that it’s already chipping off today (the next day). DO NOT GO HERE.

They did a fantastic job on my nails and very reasonable. I’ve been to a couple of other facilities while visiting this area and they are definitely the best. I will be returning.

This is the best place in town. I was so happy with the service. The workers are so nice. My nails are so beautiful.

The service is terrible from full sets to fills to pedicures I always have to have them correct their work and this was the last straw the lady didn't polish my whole toe nail and she accidentally cut me while filing my nail I can honestly say I will Never return!!..

I came here searching for a nail place to fill my nails. First time was great, so I recommend then to my sister! She goes and Jason does a wonderful job, however a nail broke she returned only for them to tell her she has to come back bc they can't do it only one specific girl can! Go back for my fill and they once again oh we can't fill your nails no nail tech! However they arr doing 4 ladies nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER GO BACK! HORRIBLE PLACE FOR A NAIL SALON

Called to make an appointment but when I showed up for my appointment they said they was closed, even though I could clearly see they still had customers and still had an hour 30 before they actually closed.

I'm in a wheelchair and my tech moved from her usual tables to make it easy for me to maneuver to/from the table. The techs are friendly. My tech did a great job filling and repairing my nails.

i hated my nails. i was supposed to get a new set of acrylics and i asked for them to not be long. i ended up walking out w the shortest acrylics i’ve ever had or even seen. the nails are stubs and it took him like 10 minutes to finish. absolutely terrible business and so overpriced. i would never recommend this nail place. i’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is the worst experience yet. very bumpy and messy.

I have came to U.S. Nails anytime I ever needed my nails done. They have always done a fairly decent job. This last experience I had, however, will definitely be my last. The older man (not sure of his name) applied my acrylic nails, and he was SO rough. I pulled my hand back in pain when he was using the drill. When using the file, I think he thought the goal was to try and rip the new nail off of my real fingernail because he was extremely rough. If I would move my finger, he would flick me, or smack my finger with the file. My ring finger ended up bleeding by the time he was finished. He then moved me to the lady (again not sure of her name) however she did a lovely job, and is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. She did the design, and it looked beautiful. The prices are outrageous, however anywhere is, but they seem to charge for every little thing.Service: Acrylic nails
