Missing money. Went to deposit $262 into checking through the drive through. After double checking through two people we put it in the drop box. The teller (young, white, dark hair) told us that we gave her $222. Looked in our car and on the ground for the missing forty dollars and did not find any. We deposited the $222 and drove off. We then called the superviser to make a report, he talked for a short time and put the girl on the phone to where they "agreed to disagree", I do not know if the superviser made an official report.

Older blonde frizzy hair bank teller was very rude and unfriendly. Refused to change out my 20s for two 100 dollar bills. She was rude another time as well. Taking money to a bank that has better customer service.

This is not my bank, but since my daughter went away to school, in Louisville she uses USBank there and we have had to deal with the Lone Oak Branch many times trying to help her out. Unfortunately we always seem to get the same lady cashier. I don't know her name, but she is white, frizzy blonde middle aged and extremely mean and rude. First time I went I was putting money in my daughters account to buy her books, she said I couldn't do that, second time I went to pay her credit card because she was in Spain going to school, I had cash and her account number, the lady put it in her checking account instead of paying it on her card, third time I was paying her card off so she could have more money on it, she told me if I paid cash it would post automatically, so I went to my back, got cash and brought it back to her an hour before they closed, Louisville banks also post automatically, it took 3 days for it to post. Today I went in to cash a check drawn on their bank, they wanted to charge me 7 dollars to cash it? Seriously? That is half an hour pay down the drain, no other bank has ever charged me, so I asked her if she was kidding and she was really rude about it, in addition to cashing a check drawn on their own bank, they charge you and do finger prints. I said no thank you on the charge and left, the last payment I made for my daughter we took it downtown, they were very professional and very nice. That being said, use a bank or credit union that is home town, they don't have these crappy fees and they are a lot nicer!
