This review is more about UPS as a whole. I ordered a package and for some reason the place I ordered it from Changed my address by 1 number, so UPS says its undeliverable. I reached out to where I ordered it from and they told me I needed to reach out to UPS. GOOD LUCK contacting UPS. I signed up for their program like they I told me I needed to to change delivery address. Still wouldn't let me change it unless I upgraded to a paid subscription. So I tried Calling this service center. Of Course it goes to an automated system that is voice activated. GOOD LUCK again. If it hears the slightest noise, like the click of your mouse it mistakes it for you saying something. If you can get it work you can read the tracking number to it multiple times and it wont recognize it. After a few tries it just tells you to call back when you have the number. All it would take to fix my issue is a 2 minute conversation with a person, instead I've spent over an hour to fix a problem someone else caused and all I've accomplished thanks to UPS is raise my blood pressure and it decide to not ship anything UPS again

Thieves and Trash people. Lazy drivers garbage customer service with the intelligence level of a squirrel. My package was out for delivery at 9 am updated every step of the way including telling me it had been scanned and loaded on the truck before stating it was out for delivery. Waited allllll day. I watched the love update and the ups truck was not more than a couple streets from me and at 530 I get an email saying it was delayed until monday!!! Reality of the situation is the driver was ready to get off work and decided they weren't delivery anymore even though these packaged were suppose to be delivered today. Even worse they knew it would be rescheduled for days after the fact. I called the hub and the lady said I don't know why it was delayed maybe it wasn't loaded on the right truck. Seriously!!! It said in the tracking info that it was loaded up and I could see the trucks location. She didn't know what she was talking about she was just talking to talk. I am so irritated because I needed my packages for a grand opening I have monday and now I don't have what I need and they will be useless by the time I actually get them. Ups is trash, I see now why they are brown because they are s$*t. Never using ups again.

I have gotten deliveries at my home all week. Even from ups. The one drive said he can't find my home. I went to ups web site but the computer system kept sending me everywhere. I finally got a person on a chat but the conversation lasted over 20 min because I had to wait for them to respond. And got no where. All I want is my package. That's not to much to ask.

Tracking app is garbage. Package arrived at hub Saturday 12:34 am, status goes from arriving Monday to pending status. Originally was suppose to be delivered Friday. It's part of a oxygen machine in that box so I'll drive the 45 mins to the hub Tuesday to pick it up myself and make sure the sender knows to not send again with UPS. At least this way I can make sure it makes it to my house and not have to search the property to figure out where it got left when I specify to deliver in garage.

My driver made sure I got VA meds even though roads was covered in ice, he could have just said didn’t make it. I extremely appreciate it.

Absolutely terrible on their tracking system. I do not fault the drivers but UPS cannot get their deliveries worked out and the online tracking system is no help. I see UPS trucks all over all day long and I cannot get a package delivered until after 4 pm. Happens every time! FedEx is always on time and here before the afternoon every delivery. I would not recommend UPS.

Amazon said, package out for delivery and UPS SAYS Pending. Their starting to be like FedEx, late and unpredictable. And FedEx has been getting better than UPS. So upset if my package is damaged I'm filing a complaint with the government. BBB too. My package better be delivered tomorrow!
