I went there a few days ago and wasn't greeted by anyone but a young man in Clinique. He was wonderful. I used to always ask for Sumar, or years ago Julia when I went in. I was told they are no longer with us. Then I heard whispers. What they don't know is that I am friends with Sumar. I immediately told her what I heard. This lady must have been in charge. She stood with that posture. She glared a lot when I stated I'd like to have Sumar's help. I used to work with Sumar years ago. I do NOT appreciate the attitude or lack of professionalism.

I had a very tacky experience. Walked into the store and decided to use the restroom before shopping. The manager, who was polite, had the door locked. It felt a bit weird as a grown woman to have another grown woman unlock a bathroom door for me and tell me to lock it when I leave. I am sure it’s because of theft (surely there are alternatives for asset protection), but it felt trashy, like something that would happen at a cheap, sketchy gas station, and not to mention you would think the bathroom would be kept clean if you have employees policing the restroom. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the dispensers; there was a roll sitting on the handrail. Once I got done using the tissue, I couldn’t get it to balance on the handrail, so I just sat it on the menstrual product bin. The floors were filthy. Overall, very tacky and unwelcoming.

Tina who works for Estēe Lauder is amazing! She worked with me to help me find the best shade and foundation, and did amazing. She also was helping other customers who needed assistance in other areas when there were no Ulta employees who were available and willing to help. If you’re needing an Estēe Lauder product, high recommend talking to Tina!

Went here 40 min from home to support businesses in KY insteadcof amazon. I was searching for Dermalogica products. The young man who assisted me with selecting products was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about skincare, makeup application, and just very friendly and very helpful, UNLIKE the NIMCOMPOOP ? that completely ignored me. Important to know is this ULTA has a large selection of products, good parking, and friendly staff, except the NIMCOMPOOP ?!
