I drove across town from KY Oaks Mall to shop at Trees & Trends. On the store website it shows the store "OPEN" and the hours listed are 9 am-7 pm. We got there at 5:00 pm and the store was closed.If you're going to close, at a different time please post it on your website, so people will know!

Unfortunately this Trees and Trends isn't what it used to be. I understand the pandemic has hurt all businesses. The store has LOTS of open space. Plus, their custom design floral is all but gone. They had a few out, but are now leaning toward the pre-made. ☹️ I'll try the one in Cape and see if they too have downsized. Plus, almost no staff. If you had a question about something, you'd have difficulty finding someone to ask. Two stars is generous.

I used to go hear when ever I was in town and found alot of unusual things I loved this store, I don't know what happened they didn't have the wow factor anymore. This time I am in town and was disappointed ?
