I recently worked with BZ Duwe to purchase a new truck and my experience was top notch. He told me exactly what to expect and kept me informed every step of the way... perfect communication. The day I picked up the truck, he and Craig Hughes both took their time, talked me through every piece of the financing and warranties, then gave me a full once over of the technology in the truck. I recently purchased a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium from Coad Toyota Paducah and I love this vehicle! Nick McDowell was great to work with! He ensured the entire process from selection of options through delivery and actual purchase were efficient and accurate. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the process. I've purchased cars outside of my hometown for years in search of better pricing and financing but Coad could not be beat! We fully anticipate our next vehicle purchase to be through Coad Toyota Paducah!

Maria Moore is great! She was super helpful with our new car. She was great at pointing out the car's features when we did a test drive. She was also great at explaining all the gadgets when we picked up the car. She was super easy to work with and not pushy. She also was very good at explaining everything and answering any questions. If you're in the market for a Toyota we recommend you see Maria.

Purchased a 4Runner SR5 Premium with Maria Moore and could not be happier with the entire process from initial contact to final delivery. Maria is an excellent communicator and stays on top of things. The agreed on price was very fair, especially given the current inventory shortages, and the customer service was impeccable without any hard sales. I would highly recommend Maria Moore (and Jonathan in Finance) at Coad Toyota for anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

What a great experience we had at Coad Toyota, I was kind of hesitant going to a dealership since I retired from 40 years of working at Ford Dealerships and was aware of some of the tactics of dealership dealings. I was looking for a new car for my wife and found a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited on cargurus.com that was at Coad Toyota. I set a time to meet Vic Dana to show me the car and was very pleased at the professionalism as well as the respect I got from the entire staff. Vic made us very comfortable and we got a great deal on a very nice car.. My wife is happy therefore I'm happy!! I just want to thank the staff for a positive experience!

We brought a 2021 Tacoma from the dealership in Paducah. I was a bit apprehensive because it's been quite a while since I bought a new car and wasn't looking forward to the haggling and back and forth. Dave Lucas was the sales guy who stepped up when I came through the door. Very easy to work with! They didn't really have any trucks on the lot (high demand) but he was quick to find one that could be transported over. Negotiating was a breeze and got to an acceptable price quickly. Dealership and service seems top notch!

So my husband and I have been looking for a new vehicle, after several luxury cars, we were skeptical about a lot of brands. We are happy to say that Friday we purchased a new 2020 Toyota Camry! David Lucas, who was our sales professional at Coad Toyota was just fantastic. My husband and I were treated terrific from start to finish, and have had several follow up calls and emails since then. We are highly impressed with the customer service and know this was the best possible choice we could have made. We love our new car, and our new favorite dealership. We just traded our 2012 Ford Expedition in for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee thanks to Dave Lucas at Coad. He knew we had previously had a bad experience with a vehicle from them and he was very invested on helping us and preventing another issue. So far we have had our new vehicle for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier! I will always go to Coad Toyota of Paducah first when looking for another vehicle!

Wanted to give a shout out to Dave Lucas who assisted u at CTP. We gave him a few details of what were were looking for, what we didn't like about our current car, and what we would settle with. He had a few selections right off, and after a great test drive, my husband and I made a purchase. He was so laid back, very very informative regarding makes and models, and very personable, not pushy at all. Not thinking we would actually make a purchase that day, we had shown up with no check book, no car title, and covid restrictions hampering our every move to get what we needed, but they were accommodating in every way. We received a great trade in price, and drove off the lot confident we had made the right choice. We had traded with the Mike Smith dealership twice, and was hoping to get the same satisfaction, and we are not disappointed. I could say lots more positive things about our treatment by Dave, but would suggest you go there yourself and experience it.

I would give a zero if possible. They lied to us about all the service that was needed! They didn't even give my car fresh oil when it was purchased. The general manager lied and the sales lady lied about promising free first time servicing which was not honored. Never get your vehicle serviced here!!

I went to Coad on my first few days of car shopping and was sold when they would accommodate me driving an hour when I called 1 hour and 20 minutes before they closed! They were friendly and fast and I will be returning!
