This is the best gym in town and in the region! Their equipment is updated often and well maintained. I’ve been a member for 17 years and I can honestly say I never have to wait on equipment. It is large and is a good space for both women and men. My favorite is the AMT, but they have anything you could want. I like that they have wipes to wipe down after a workout but they also keep it very clean there. Oh, they even have a great walking path outside! For those with kids they also have a kids zone. They have several classes for all levels of fitness.
I started taking my daughter there when she was little and she grew up loving it, and has worked there in the kids zone and still works out there and loves it as much as I do.

I only got as far as the front desk but what I did see looked very nice. I was only in town for a few days and wanted a day pass. It was $20 a day or $40 for two weeks, so I skipped a couple workouts. Couldn’t justify $20 for an hour workout.

Great gym with great equipment and staff, could easily be a 5 star gym if they didn’t close at 7:00 pm on the weekends. Definitely not a good gym for those who have busy weekends.

Wide selection of great equipment and excellent staff service for a reasonable price compared to similar gyms. The only thing preventing from a 5 star review are the weekend hours. The 7pm closing time can be very constrictive to those who prefer to work out later in the afternoon.

Anyone with ears, and an adequate fund of knowledge regarding an optimal gym scene, hear this. This is what u are looking for. If you can afford it you can't afford not to workout here. If you ever skipped leg days regardless of how strong your excuses are come build some legs to stand on...

Facilities are nice. My issues are with the contract. I can understand a “30-day notice” on a month to month agreement, but beware of the “applicable cancellation fees” if you’re looking to join. The fee’s dollar amount is not detailed anywhere on the agreement and was informed “it’s because we can change it at anytime.”

Good morning, Sharon,
I came into the gym last week to cancel my membership and had an upsetting experience with your front desk manager, Chrissy. I have not been able to utilize my membership because my work and my dad's health have had me traveling a lot more. I did not ask for a refund for the months I was unable to check-in. I came in on the 4th and she explained to me that you had a 30-day notice and a $25 cancellation fee. Because I came in on December 4 I would be charged January's dues, as well as another $25. I understand this is a management policy but I assumed customer service would help me work through this issue. I did tell your manager that I didn't think this policy was right and I believed we could come to a mutual solution, however, she got visibly angry with me and was unwilling to even listen to me, which is a baseline of customer service. It is disturbing to see a manager at this facility be so emotionally unstable, by the end of our conversation I was politely calming her down when there was no reason for her to be so upset. I never responded with anger and outrage in any way. I believe businesses such as The Gym should empower their employees to make good decisions for their customers, especially those who plan to return, which was my intention for the spring but after the interaction and service I had last week I will not be able to continue to support this business. I would have liked to come to a mutual fair agreement but I do not expect that to happen. I am writing to share my experience and make sure my Gym membership is canceled. Can you confirm this for me, please?
