Always clean. Never too crowded. If you play Pokémon go, you get a whole poffin when you scan their pokéstop!

It was a very nice gym with lots of equipment to choose from , The staff was also helpful and friendly

Lots of space, had any equipment I needed. Women’s locker room had a sauna and a wide variety of fitness equipment and classes available. Also enjoyed the outdoor track.
The 7 in 30 was a great temporary membership try for someone passing through town. Really for the most of my money for the time I was there.
