This place is so rude.. I will never be back .. the old man is crazy.. I had 2 prescriptions.. and my ins. Would not cover them so I only wanted to pick up one.. he told me that I had to get both or none of them.. because one was a narcotics... who is he to say what i can get.. they were wrote at 2 different times.. my family will never be back

Absolutely the worst pharmacy out there. They are incredibly rude and spiteful when it comes to playing with someone’s medication. I have to have medication 100% vegan due to a tick bite. The compounders are absolutely unprofessional and hateful.

Strawberry Hills Pharmacy is friendly and great to do business with. I really like that they have a drive up window. I have been getting a compounded prescription filled there for several years, and I have no complaints!

This pharmacy used to be our automatic go to, however it seems that the lady working the window seems to be so rude every time we go there, she just opens the window and slams it in your face before you can finish. THEN almost 100% of the time they don’t have the right brand of medicine or they try to substitute with an off brand medicine that we told them we can’t use. Also the lady working the front seems to not know how to NOT scream your business out in front of people (we went inside to get the meds and she kinda questioned why we were getting a specific med) also it happens so often they say our insurance isn’t covering it or etc and we can come the next day and get it resolved I’m so fed up with this pharmacy I don’t recommend unless you don’t care about getting your meds.

Drove and hour to pick up medicine from Hickman ky and the website said it closed at 3:00 on Saturday got there and it was closed needed this medication they had a sign on the door that says closes at 1:00 since February but they neglected to update their website and phone message to let people know that doesn’t live in Paducah why don’t people with businesses update their website and messages so that people will know when they close that shows what kind of business they run ??

I’ve used Strawberry Hills Pharmacy for many years. They are the kindest folks you will meet. They know your name when you walk in the door and they will help you as much as possible if you have a problem. I recently went out of town and forgot 2 medicines. Even though I had recently refilled both prescriptions, Daniel helped me by calling in an emergency supply for my trip. I loved this pharmacy!

Don't use this pharmacy.They not only won't have your prescriptions ready when it's time to fill them every month. They also WILL GIVE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AWAY TO STRANGERS AS LONG AS THEY HAVE YOUR BIRTHDAY. The won't take responsibility for their mistake or fix it.They gave my pain meds to the wrong person and let my insurance pay for it. Would not fix it. Not professional.

Strawberry Hill Pharmacy is a great place for all your Rx needs. They call you by name when you walk in the door there prices are better than most other Pharmacys. They have even stayed over a few minutes past closing time just so I could make it to pick up my Rx. They are all just amazing people.

Strawberry Hill is a wonderful Pharmacy. Love the staff! It is a small town Pharmacy so there are some things you can't expect like a large pharmacy. You have to stay on top of renewing prescriptions and ordering your medicine timely because they do not have a lot of medicines on hand. That may be because they can't afford to have a large inventory. They are always kind and professional with me. They deliver my medicines to my back door with a smile and a thank you. I am home bound and that is important to me.

They have been slacking lately! I called in my refills yesterday and they are not filled!!! They said “they just didn’t fill them?” I switched pharmacies because this had happened a couple other times but I was assured they had new staff and it would happen again…. Well here we are AGAIN!!!!

A pharmacy who treat possible new patron as if they are drug seekers. I guess if your looking for uncaring, judgmental & are okay with a practitioner who’s not phased by people going without their prescribed medication than I would 100% recommend Strawberry Hill.Nancy, I am sorry I am an inconvenience to you because my current pharmacy is out of my medication and it’s unknown to them when they will receive a shipment and I am out of my legally prescribed medication. I was advised to contact other pharmacies so that I can instruct my doctor on where to send it… I understand it’s identified as a control substance that’s why I am calling to verify. You won’t fill only that medication… well Nancy I very sorry I do not meet the criteria or what you consider a drug seeker to be, that’s the only prescription medication I have.

I like the staff and the services but I really wish their communication were better: a phone call, an automated text, anything. I’ve had multiple instances of my doctor calling something in and then I never know if it’s ready or available. I always have to call them only to find: prescription ready, prescription not available, prescription re-shelved (both of the latter require me to get in contact with my doctors office again). I generally use Walmart now for convenience. Wish I didn’t have to but the basics of customer service are lost here.

Everyone is so helpful that includes the pharmacist I get all my shots here they take customer care to a whole new level... I feel at home at Strawberry Hill ..... Thank you for all your hard work it's truly appreciated know that!!
