Brought my grandson in for a fade ROBIN THE MANAGER as she called herself was cutting his hair she said to my grandson let me see if i done this right so i walk over & looked at his hair she has her back turned to get a water bottle i hold the hair up & said this needs to be cut more showing her where to fix in a nice tone (as anybody would being im the adult overseeing an 8 yr Olds haircut) she then turns around & says very rudely take your hands off his hair & go sit down (like I'm a child) I say you are very rude walk out & then have my daughter tell her how to fix haircut, she starts buzzing it off like a Mohawk than turns to me & says how do you like it, I say now you want me to answer you told me like a child to sit down, than like a pack of wolves would do all the stylist jump in, i say what is your name she says ROBIN THE MANAGER & points to her tag i say thats very rude i will leave a review than all the stylist jump in screaming,i leave my daughter stays to pay & tells me when i walked out they were all shouting & making a scene without me even there so all that being said if you would like your underage childs haircut this is not the place they are unbelievably rude i will contact corporate she had no right to tell me to get my hand out of his hair she was not cutting it i was explaining haircut desired & to say go sit down like im a child was wrong there are ways to approach things professionally like ok i got it you can sit thank you but making a scene is wrong .Talk to me the way i was talking to you not scream & make a scene!!

I understand it was busy. Saturday I signed in and the monitor said 45 minute wait. I sat there waiting for over 2 HOURS WHILE THEY CALLED NAMES OF PEOPLE THAT WEREN'T EVEN IN THE BUILDING. At one point, there was only 2 people waiting for a cut and I was one of them. All the girls were chatting and phones were out. Then the other guy, WHO CAME IN AFTER ME, was called for his cut. Another family came in and signed in with the computer, the cutters were still screwing around, then they CALLED THE FAMILY FOR WHOEVER WAS GETTING A CUT. That's when I had enough and left.If I could give this place negative stars I would. Absolutely the worst store I've been in to. Guess you have to be a regular to get a cut there. Screw this place, and screw the lazy stylists that work there. I'll never be back.

Checked in at 306pm online, arrived, and checked in. Initially, I had a 50-minute wait. Made it to number 1 on the wait list, and they called the #4 person. The kid they called back even said, Wow...I was #4, and I get to go back." I went from a 2 minute wait to a 20+ minute wait. At 449p, I was called back for a haircut, and i didn't request a specific person, i was "first available." When I asked why we were pushed back, she was told that she would find out, but she she asked the other stylist she said that she did not. What is the point of online check-in? Ridiculous. I don't mind waiting my turn, and I am patient, but this is ridiculous.

My son’s barber’s name was a woman named Drande and she was awesome! I told her what I the parent wanted and she took what my son who is 17 wanted and voila he looked like a new person! He has very thick hair and she did an amazing job! I will go to her every time we go back there!

My boyfriend got the VIP experience for his birthday. Josie did an amazing job. He’s beard and hair look so good and he loved the whole experience. Will definitely be back!

Terrible haircut, terrible management, terrible price.Went two days ago and paid $35+ for the “MVP Experience”, which consisted of a cold shampooing and a literal eye-stabbing “head massage”. Didn’t even get my main “massage”. The haircut is so uneven I decided to come back today and tell the manager about my experience. She passive aggressively told me to come back in 20 minutes and she would take care of it. I come back 20 minutes later, wait 15 more minutes and walked out. Ridiculous.

I’ve been at this Paducah location 3 times previously. The first time I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours and 45 minutes before finally getting a haircut. Then the haircut was mediocre.( I’m not really particular about my hair). I saw stylists that stayed in the back for 30 minutes before ultimately clocking out and leaving. Meanwhile there were 3 customers in the waiting area. The second time, I waited for an hour and a half and I was the only person in the waiting area. The third time, I checked in online and I still waited 30 minutes after I arrived. This 4th time that I tried to go in, I was told that they weren’t accepting new clients because they were booked for the rest of the evening. There was one lady in the waiting room and 6 people on the board for online check in. So, I asked the stylist, “What time do y’all close?” She stated, “ We close at 8 but there are only 2 of us working right now and we are booked.” It was 5:15 when she told me this. Look people, I always tip at least $10 dollars even when you make me wait 2 and a half hours and give me a terrible haircut. I’ve been going to sports clips in Texas for over 15 years. I will never go to this store again. As a person in management, and an owner of a company, I would definitely be trying to find a way to increase my revenue. Maybe try a new team of stylists? Idk.

The stylists are always great. But make sure you register on line before you go, or the chances of you having to wait an hour or better will be pretty good.
