Horrible. I got a paint color 'matched', but it was not close. I went back-still not close. I returned again-same result. The 4th time they told me I would have to buy a new $70 gallon of paint, again with no guarantee. Oh, did I mention that they close before their posted closing time, so that if you take off early from work, too bad for you! Go somewhere that values their customers.

Awful. They close at 4 most days due to a lack of staff. The staff that is there does not know how to match paint; they tried a few times, then essentially told me to drop dead after they could not match the color, refusing to refund my $70 (for ONE gallon of paint!). Go to Lowes/Home Depot for better service at half of the price.

This place is great if you don't mind waiting FOREVER. Another customer and I just left because of this. The last time I was here a few weeks ago, the associate did not place the dot of paint on top of the lid so I can actually see the color, even though there was no one else in the store. That's fine. They do that at Lowe's and Home Depot - and I don't have to wait - so I see no reason to ever return.

Madison and Hailey are my go-to associates, they are the only reason I shop Sherwin. Be sure to see them for any tools, tips, paint type, and color selection! Can't speak highly enough of the environment and experience they provide their clients. They have treated me like a friend from day one!

If the employees only were knowledgeable. I have been in the store on three occasions to purchase another gallon of pain which I purchased last fall, got the round around each time. Finally on the fourth time I was told it was a special order product at their location. I will shop Lowe's for now on, they have never been out of stock of paint!

I called to order 5 gal. of paint. I was asked when I ordered if I wanted a 5 gal bucket and I told them that I didn't want a 5 gal bucket, but 5 ea. 1 gal. containers. (My husband and I have bad backs and can't handle a 5 gal. bucket.) When I went to the store to pick up my order, they brought out a 5 gal. bucket. I told them that wasn't what I ordered and was told that the paint couldn't be returned because it had been tinted. I wasn't returning it, because I didn't order that. They told me the 5 gal. bucket was cheaper. I told them I didn't want it - I wanted 5 ea. 1 gal. buckets. So, their solution was to pour the 5 gal. bucket into 1 gal. buckets, which they said was their only solution. Then they charged me for 5 ea. 1 gal. containers.
