This store has beautiful, although a little pricey, clothes. However, you need to make sure it fits and you want it 100% before you leave the store because you will NOT receive a refund. They will only issue you store credit which is not posted anywhere, nor do they tell you that when you make the purchase. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE for a clothing store!!!!!

This store has beautiful clothing. However, if you ever take anything back, you will not receive a refund. They will only give you store credit. It is not posted anywhere, nor do they tell you at the time you make a purchase. Bought a sweater and realized after I got it home it was too big. I do not want anything else in the store and I will NEVER do business there again!!

Love this place! The clothing items are unique and high quality, and the staff members are always so friendly and helpful. (There is also easy access to the Etcetera2 coffee shop so that's another huge plus!)
