I’ve been with State Farm for years on my family’s policy. When I split on to my own policy earlier this year the transition was no problem! And when I fell on hard times, my agent Anna was absolutely amazing with not only calming me down but also helping me as much as possible. She not only got my bill lowered but helped me set up a plan on getting back on track. State Farm has always been good to my family and I will continue to use them!

I'm a man of few word. Not much on writing reviews but they have a new young lady there now named Sydney. She is OUTSTANDING!
I had a situation where a former employee messed up on my coverage and I was still getting charged for a vehicle that I hadn't owned for 6 months. Needless to say I was HOT! Sydney got on it and resolved the issue and got my money refunded.
She is probably the ONLY reason I'm still doing business with State Farm. When I called I was ready to cancel everything I had.
Like I said... She got things corrected and we're all good now.

Sydney was awesome, my video chat with her went so smooth and she was so helpful and HONEST answering all of my questions which is really appreciated. Insurance stresses me out so much and it’s nice to know I can talk to someone who will make the process easier. I’ve had only good experiences with State Farm employees and especially with Sydney!
