They do not back the manufacturers warranty and terrible customer service. As a woman it’s tough to find automotive maintenance providers that won’t take advantage of the customer. Sam’s automotive department once again proves that you must bring a man, to insure you get the right maintenance done at a reasonable price. Their warranty is a joke because they have an unattainable standard that guarantee you will void the warranty right out of the gate.

I have dealt with them twice, never again. The first time I had a nail or something in my tire. A friend came and changed it while I was at work. I called and was assured I could bring it in for a plug after work so I wouldn’t have to drive home in the snow on a donut. When I got there the rude arrogant worker told me no, he wasn’t doing it. After telling him I called first he called his manager at home who told him that yes he had said it could be done. The guy then told me he wasn’t going to plug any tires because it took longer so I had to buy a tire. I said ok and 3 hours later drove away.The second time I went in for an appointment for 2 front tires. The man told me that they normally recommend new tires go on the back but since I have an all wheel drive Sam’s will only replace all 4 tires. I explained that I didn’t need 4 tires. One of the back was new and the other still had good tread. He assured me Sam’s was strict with that rule and he couldn’t only replace the tires that need replacing.I went to Plaza Tires , got my 2 front tires and drove away happy.

After the experiences i've had getting a set of tires for my car, i will never deal with Sams Club tire again.1. These people do not answer the phone! If you select "tire" on the menu, it transfers you to a call center in India. After stopping in, the emplyees said to select "customer service" and have them transfer me to the tire center phone. I ordered tires in the club on a Sunday and expected a call to let me know when they came in (never received it). On Thursday, i called customer service who transferred me to the tire center and i left a message. I did the same thing on Friday AND AGAIN ON SATURDAY!!! NOTHING!! I called the call center in India (Saturday afternoom) and they told me the tires had come in. As i was driving to Paducah, i recieved a call from sams saying "im from sams, you left a message????" I explained that i was heading to Paducah and whoever was on the phone assured me they could install my tires today. After dropping them the keys and walking around the club for an hour, i return to the counter where the guy says "we might not get to it today"After waiting a little longer, they say they are pulling my car in to start. 5 minutes later, they say that because I am missing one wheel bolt, they cannot touch the back left tire. While this is a very dumb policy, but i understand the liability concerns from the corparate prespective. I pulled the wheel in the parking lot afterwards and brought it to them, so this issue was resolved.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL LUGNUTS/WHEELBOLTS!This brings us to now, a week later. At least one of the tires has a slow leak due to buildup of corrosion on the wheel. I asked sams employees if they would clean up alumium wheels before install and they assured me they would. Obviously, they did not as its still leaking. I will be going to a local tire shop to have this adressed. I AM DONE WITH SAMS CLUB!!!

Bought new tires and 4 new tire sensors !! Just had the third one replaced they all have been on different tires !! It took 1 hour and a half to get it done !! If the 4th one goes out they suggest I take it to dealer !! Don’t I repeat don’t buy tires fr them their customer service sucks

If service after the sale is what you're looking for, don't go here. I went in to ask if they could rotate my tires at 3. They said they had a 3:00 appointment so I would have to wait till 4. Here's their bays at 3:15.They also said the only thing that had done since 2:00 was change some wiper blades, and that only took them 3 minutes (their words not mine).I would recommend Plaza Tire in Paducah. I thought I would save some money with Sam's, but service at Sam's is not the same as what you get from Plaza.

Sams club was amazing when it came to me getting my tire fixed. The technicians Jason and Johnny (I think that was their name) went above and beyond!

I am so disgusted with Sam's I could spit. Yesterday I finally went in to change my name on my card. It had been misspelled since we joined in 2006. I know, I know but I just kept forgetting. Well, what a disaster this has turned out to be. Since they had to change my name, they issued me a new card with a new member number. No big deal until I tried to log into the app and place a pick up order. The app would not let me sign in because my email was still associated with my previous number. I called the 888 number, the lady moves my email to the new number but then informs me that, now that I have a new number it wiped out all of my previous purchase history and I had to set up a different account for my husband even though he is on my membership and we only pay one membership fee. This has been a nightmare! If they get any of your information incorrect, just suck it up. It's not worth the hassle to change it.

Go elsewhere for tires customer service unreachable at times and the manager makes excuses about tire not being in . I went to another tire shop and got my other tire bad . Still waiting

I definitely prefer Costco, but there is none near by. With that said this Sam's is decent! The only place I can afford steaks, their deals are very good. I recommend going here if you wanna buy in bulk like I do. The gas is always cheap even in these tough gas hikes everywhere.. (Thanks Biden) . definitely well stocked and friendly staff.

I've been getting tires at Sam's club since the mid 90's. Bought my last set last year. I totally understood when things shut down last year that the tire shop closed (well mostly). But, to have anything done now you now need to make an appointment. Appointments are 2-3 weeks out for this location. So I'm driving 1 hour just to get my tires rotated then another 1 hour home. If this policy was in place when I purchased my tires I'd have gone elsewhere. My local tire shop can get me in that day for a tire rotation on my daughter's car (remember I'm not buying at Sam's Club anymore). So while I learned my lesson, I just wanted others to know about the hassle. If you don't live close don't bother, if you do live close I'd still go local. My local shop was so much more helpful with knowledge about tires and actually explained why he was recommending a brand over another. Sam's Club Tire = Poor after the sale service.

I normally love going to this store but the last couple of visits have been unpleasant to say the least. I needed help with a phone I purchased and the employee, Jason or Jacob was rude and unprofessional. Was talking and laughing with a young woman for a few minutes before even acknowledging me. His service was terrible and he even rolled his eyes at me a few times
