I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THSI BUSINESS. there is a young employee who I believe was named dog or some type of animal. She had very short hair and worked in the rabbit department. Maybe her name was rabbit. Wait no it was cat. I will remember that because cats eat rabbits! Do u think she eats the bunnies? I hope not.

I've been to this store many times and never had a negative experience regarding the staff or the store until my last visit. I went to Rural King on the the 5th of March 2022, with the intention of purchasing a pistol (Ruger 5.7), I began to ask questions of the salesman (never caught his name), who initially started helping me until his friend came by, I was disregarded and left standing there. This irritated me but not as much as the employee who was helping me began to get into conversation with the friend he disregarded me for, complaining about his shift and stating he was almost off. I can overlook a lot of minor issues however this behavior was inexcusable. Just prior to me leaving the section a female salesperson returned from the back with a handful of items. I debated on staying and dealing with her. I opted to leave and went to Academy Sports and purchased the firearm I was interested in. I understand an $800 sale, or loss of the aforementioned sale will dramatically affect the financial well-being of your organization. I refuse to spend my money at an establishment which doesn't care for the customers.

Like it here but as with most big stores you have some workers who just don't know their jobs and are not friendly or helpful and could care less if you get a good product or fix issues with items when they happen.
