I recently had a car engine light come on my Chevy Colorado. The first time the service was questionable due to the length of time it took to diagnose the truck. Right after the car engine light came on again and they had my truck for five days, but got it fixed, thank God to car shield. If you don't have a car shield on your car or truck after warranty, you're a fool. They fixed my truck and I will say Andy was incredible and trying to keep in touch with me with what was going on Richard who was New did a really good job. I think the dealership has recognize they had some issues and are trying their best to make things better so I would give it a go if you have a Chevy of any kind to take it to them.

I bought a SUV from them and a few months later spent $1400.00 for them to put in a new radiator. A week later the car was overheating again and they told me it was an issue with the fan. When my husband looked at it they had put the same old hoses back on and didn't even fell the coolent up. I will never trust these people again and I don't suggest you do either

Soft credit check.....um, I don't think so. Their "contests" are a scam.....BIG TIME. If I decide not to buy a car don't pressure me or use reverse psychology to get me to buy one of your scratched overpriced vehicles. No means no.

I will never ever buy or purchase any thing from them again their flyer was a lie and when I took it in for a battery and a headlight they said it was not covered and I had only had it less than a month and no road side assistance

Nothing wrong personally everytime i’ve been to royal oaks it’s been good business, my son on the other hand has shown me videos on social media of a young girl who works for this business driving around all day posting different cars, I don’t know how others think but me personally I understand people looking for cars and test driving them but your own staff having fun joy riding them? Doesn’t look very good on your business.

Buyers Beware of this place, they define the definition of crooked car salesman. They make you feel all warm and cozy by acting like they really care, then once they see they have you, they move in like a snake and start to be deceiving. They have their inventory marked up $10k-$15k more than you would find at other dealership and their used cars are not of very good quality. They then charge these weird fees, and have you to sign ever form in the world under the sun. You can ask to take time to read them (and you should) but they give you a very brief run down what it is and keep demanding you keep signing papers. If they where doctors, they do not have a very good bedside manner, it's not about the person, it's the numbers and how many they can get per day at what ever cost to another person's sincerity. Please look elsewhere for your next car or truck, this place is going to have to face karma one day for all the crooked things they do to others. I wrote the following below just for them to use in their next commercial. May I suggest a good PAS that would better fit the truth of how your organization really does business with your unsuspecting customers. It could read a little something like this: If you're looking for a truly memorable experience, look no further than Royal Oaks Chevrolet in Paducah, KY on Park Avenue. We specialize in providing our customers with a unique and enjoyable experience. Our knowledgeable staff will ensure that you get exactly what you need, with our expert experienced staff, we include a good screwing in the butt without any lubricant with each experience. Our experts will ensure that your experience is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, as you sit across from one of our well trained sales team members as they tell you exactly what you want to hear as they lie through their teeth. From the moment you walk in the door, you will be taken care of and your needs will be tended to. We strive to make each experience a memorable one with each painful thrusting motion. We take pride in providing our customers with a service that is both professional and discreet. So, if you're looking for a unique experience, come to Royal Oaks Chevrolet and let us fulfill your need to get screwed in the butt without any lubricant the Royal Oaks way when looking to purchase your next car or truck. We promise, you'll leave sore and limping out of our doors or you'll get another chance.I'll help spread the new PAS around for you to show my gratitude. Thank you

Be very careful dealing with these people! Double check everything they tell you. Use Google. These are the kind of people that explains why used car salesmen (and women) have such bad reputations. They over charged me by around $10,000.00 to $12,000.00..

I have bought several vehicles from this car dealer, but I will never sit foot in this business again. They lure you in with a flyer that you won $500, which it matches up on the flyer, but you get there and it's NO!, you won lottery tickets. What a scam. I should have known better. I've had trouble with a salesman there before and said then I wouldn't go there again, drove 35 miles for them to tell me I was going to get lottery tickets. Then they laughed when I walked away without taking the scratch off ticket.
