Absolutely amazing people! We're a homestead, small family farm, with absolutely NO experience with butchering pigs. I did butcher my male pig (in November) but will never do it again (for all the right reasons, example I'm 4'11" I was literally in our hog trying to separate the ribs from the meat ??) but we took our female Yorkshire here on the 18th of December 2023 got her back January 5th 2024. The bacon is absolutely amazing, was not thinking of filling 2 deep freezers with 1 pig, but we did! Sausage, chops, bacon, steaks, butt, roast, ham, pieces, and more you get it all. We paid $1.15 per pound! ?? If you don't know Yorkshires are a huge breed of pig, ours at hang weight was 400lbs! Will definitely be going back, hope there ready for another big Piggy, because we absolutely don't mind the price, the wait time, or the beautiful packing job, all in clear air tight packs. If you need a pig butchered I highly recommend Ross packing!

Best fresh, clean, meat I have found in years.Specializing in MEAT, not sodas, potato chips, cereal... etc...Real butchers, not like the ones in any grocery.The guys are outstanding running this shop.I drive all the way from Tennessee , 70 miles, to purchase our monthly meat and beef bones to make homemade bone broth.Kudos guys!

I love this place the Gentleman who run the packing are wonderful. I get my meat for the month here and they also take food stamps. I give it a 5* cause they deserve it and have the best beef Around. Better than any store.
