“I don’t usually leave reviews but this is one time I will. I am having to take over the care of my very sick and elderly mother. We have been in and out of hospital for the last six months. I have had to step in and start taking care of everything for her. She has UPGas and I have not been able to check on her tank while she has been hospitalized. Should have been no problem and the propane should have lasted with only a gas water heater running in the house. Well we just got back from almost 2 months in a Nashville hospital. Surprised to find tank at 10%. It was 60% the week she was flown to the hospital. I had this same issue back in January after a stay of 18 days of mother in the hospital. Came back to a completely empty tank. Had HVAC people come check everything inside ( everything was in order). UPG came and did test said everything was fine. Had a 250 gallon fill up. That was January- almost no gas again. The only person who has helped with this problem and talked me through the situation is a lovely lady named Barbara in the financial/collections department. She is a rare star at this company. I think she deserves some recognition for going out of her way to be helpful and understanding. UPG definitely needs more employees like Barbara. My thanks to Barbara!!!”
