Traveling from Florida to Wisconsin and had a flat tire. Plaza Tire replaced unrepairable tire and got us back on the road in a short time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I took my 2011 chevy aveo to check my rear drum breaks because it was locking on me and heard raddeling on my left rear tire, took it to plaza auto waited for 2 hrs for them to tell me there's nothing wrong, happen again so I took it to A1 auto in metropolis and they told me that the rear drum break on the left the cable had broke and need rear brakes. Plaza auto never again ill take any of my cars there. My wife could've had and accident on the highway if the wheel had locked on her. But then the had told me that I needed struts and bearings which I didn't when A1 tired checked it. Plaza auto is a scam and they just want to push you to pay for something you don't need so they can get you to get one of there credit card that you'll get 10% off any work...

Called monday to make an appointment. Got "scheduled" at Wednesday at 4:30. I show up and get "sorry sir, we don't have anything on here about your appointment". I try to brush it off no big deal, make a new appointment in person for Friday at 11. I show up drop off my truck at 11, and walk 5 minutes away to go eat, come back an hour later and my truck hasn't even moved out of the parking spot I put it in. Why even let me make an appointment if you're going to deny it was ever made, then not even get my truck in when I'm scheduled. I'm no expert, but I would think that's the whole point of an "appointment". Would not recommend this place unless you have a lot of free time to sit around.
