Ive stopped there a few times headeing to work. Early mornings there is 3 ladies behind the counter that would rather gossip about others than do their job and help customers. Terrible service. Rude women.

This is possibly the most disgusting pilot I’ve ever had to use on the road. Also, on top of that there was a ceiling tile a skew and there’s probably some creepy camera behind it. Anyway it’s disgusting go to a different one.

If truck drivers weren’t so dumb none of these stores would exist. None of their garbage ever works right the entire company is a flipping joke. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with the companies ideology of screwing over the truck driver on a daily basis. I can’t imagine what these employees have to deal with every single day flipping day. I hate pilot/flying j I just hate them. The food is expensive the equipment is never maintained correctly. If I stop being a driver some day I will never come to this chain ever again.

The roller food was not existent. Cold snacks only. Clean bathrooms. Friendly service.
