Great service from our salesperson. We came in to look in the afternoon and he stayed after they closed to make sure we got the best payment we could get. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the 2-3 vehicles we looked at.

Eric is very good at his job.
When I was in the market for a new truck he showed me most of the features that was on truck that I eventually bought from him.
He explained everything very well at the time of purchase on my truck.
The vehicles that Perkins has on their lot are very clean and serviced well. I will probably buy from them again when I am in the market for a used vehicle.

We had a wonderful experience at Perkins Motor Plex. Chris, our salesman, was knowledgable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us purchase our car. Laken, in the front office, was also very easy to work with! We would recommend Perkins Motor Plex to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Had a truly fantastic experience with Perkins Motor Plex after our old Prius was declared a total loss in an accident. We wanted a very similar vehicle, and reached out after seeing the listing. Eric was great to work with and was very flexible with us as we waited for things to come through on our end with insurance. Delivery was very smooth. Overall we feel like we got a fair deal with excellent customer service.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chris at Perkins in Paducah. The entire buying process was seamless and exemplified a 5 star experience. We started our conversations with Chris after seeing a vehicle online. We live out of town but visit Paducah throughout the year. We decided to purchase the vehicle from Chris and his team as every conversation was very straight forward and consistent. A member of the Perkins team met us with the vehicle approximately 1 hour outside of Paducah to exchange cars.
We bought the car sight unseen, which can be nerve wracking, but the car was delivered in excellent condition and exactly as described online (and by phone). I would highly recommend Perkins to any car buyer. I look forward to my next experience.

Very happy with my experience at Perkins. The staff were accomodating to seeing multiple models of the vehicle I was interested in. Trading my vehicle in was an extremely smooth process and everyone I spoke to were kind and pleasant individuals. If I ever need another vehicle I will definitely be reaching to them again!
